Stay Unique Apartments Pau Claris con piscina

Family trip

Pros: Location near many attractions, restaurants and metro station. Comfortable beds and silence during the night.

Would come back!

Pros: It was centered, very good location, nice and cosy.

The check-in is quite cumbersome and long but once your done the place is great !

Pros: The location is amazing and the staff on site are great.

Cons: No coffee in the weekend !!!!

Godd afordable place for families and friends

Pros: Close to metro and airport railway stations (r2, r2n) and bus stops. Some proper bars and good restaurants nearby. Appliances: Room had everything you need. There was even a drying mashine and pods for the washing machine.

Cons: Food was served in the nearby bar, it was good but could be bigger for the price.

Family stay

Pros: Great central location, well accessible by public traffic. Apartment well furnished, corresponding to description on Booking. There was heating failure for whole building upon arrival on Saturday, it was repaired on the first working day Monday, staff communicated promptly with us on the issue and offered discount of 15%.

Cons: There was extra charge of about EUR 150 for cleaning after paying for stay on Booking which was not clear to me from Booking add. Upon arrival, we came to apartment 15.45 (arrival from 15.00), cleaning was not finished at that time. We got discount of 20% for 2 nights without heat and warm water, which I consider inadequate for family with kids considering the overall price. A bit noisy during the night (noise from the street).

We had nice hollidays.

Pros: Location was perfect. The app was big. Balcony was on the inside side and not on the street side so it was quiet to sit in the evenings with a glass of wine. The staff was responding quickly, despite the fact there is no reception in the building. You open and close everything with the code/link and it is working great. The staff in the caffee - cerveceria, where we had breakfast that was included in the price was so nice.

Perfect location

Pros: Perfect location. Confortable for big family. Clean and good utilities.

Pros: The apartment was clean and roomy, with extra security like high-tech locks and shutters. The kitchen had equipment, but we didn't use it. The beds were clean, and the apartment looked just like it was supposed to. 2 bathrooms so a big positive. Balcony was great too.

Cons: We didn't have any bad remarks, the only thing was we couldn't control the heating but we never felt too hot or cold so we can't complain.

Recommended.

Pros: Fantastic location. Modern building. Spacious flat. 2 bathrooms, nice balcony. Swimming pool and gym. Easy access with app. Warm having central heating. Well equipped kitchen.

Cons: Our flat was not cleaned up to the check in time, the cleaning had been done after check in. I think it was because of having less staff on Sundays.

Best value for money!

Pros: Amazing location and best value for money (Barcelona style). The stuff was helpful even in the middle of the night. The apartment was fully equipped.

Cons: Just a heads-up: the apartment is directly facing the main city centre road. It gets pretty loud at night, but it took us only two nights to adjust.
