Central apartment with a modern interior. Comfortable stay.

Pros: Property had a lovely vibe. Location was perfect. Right next to a metro station with airport bus stop only a five minute walk. Apartment was well equipped with everything you could need. Was a very comfortable stay. Deposit returned really quickly

Cons: Only a few faults such as broken chairs for the breakfast bar. Some of the equipment in the kitchen wasn’t cleaned properly before arrival. But washing up liquid was supplied. Remote didn’t work for the tv in the lounge. But apart from that couldn’t complain. Great place to stay. Would recommend.

Perfectly equipped apartment at perfect location

Pros: Very clean apartment with fully equiped kitchen. It was big enough for a family of 4. Location is great- 2 subway stations nearby, also walking distance to Magic fountains. Nice reading lamps.

Cons: When we arrived we did not know which floor was the apt and there was no quick answer from owners. Picking the key took few attempts but was successful. It was strange to go through bathroom to one of the bedrooms, but 2 bedrooms is always a plus. No day light- overlooking a roof and one of the days there were workers just outside our window.

A good option

Pros: Very good location, clean surroundings, very close to metro station, Montjuic, pueblo espanol, olimpic stadium. There are good restaurants, pastry shop, mall, on that street. The small balcony, on the street, was very nice;).

Cons: The bed for the 3rd person was not prepared (the couch was not opened, with bed linen on), although we reserved for 3 persons. The duvet cover had stains (it was clean, but, however, it was unpleasant). You can hear everything through the walls, if there is noise in the building. Be carefull to let the apartment in very good shape, since conditions for guarantee return are very strict.

Pros: The apartment was very nice and clean, we loved it. The location was perffect- easy access to busses, metro stations, 5-10 minutes away from the Magic Fountain of Montjuic.

Pros: Specious, clean, modern rooms and good position of the apartment from all landmarks and the centre

Cons: Maybe the hallway and the elevator are too small but I realised at the place.. Every building is almost like this, so we got used to it. We needed more cleaning papers and towels and more specious wardrobe for 3 persons

Pros: It had everything for a good stay, washing machine and dishwasher and a nice balcony!

Cons: It was a little bit far away from the beach if you wanted to walk.

Great clean apartment in a fab location

Pros: The location was great near the metro and train station. There was a range of restaurants and supermarkets close by. The apartment was clean and spacious.

Cons: The location can be very noisy. We could hear people early and late on the stairwells entering and leaving the apartments and the vibration of the train going past. If your a slight sleeper then Noise wise wouldn't recommend it.

Was very comfortable and clean and convenient to get to places. A very positive experience over all.

Pros: Very clean and close to all shops and tourist attractions and transport.

Cons: There was no staff to help with things like the door lock was very very hard to lock and open. That was the downside. Also the property is hard to find as there is no clear indication of the name of the apartment. Also the door numbering is wrong and hard to find.

I recommend this apartment

Pros: The property is clean, cosy, perfect location, you have all you need for comfortable staying, internet is fast, you can see instruction to everything you need to use. Area is quiet, we had a good rest.

Cons: I stuck in the lift before very important meeting and it freaked me out, so be careful On a second day heating was not working, I guess the battery needs to be changed, but it was still warm Be aware of the deposit of €300 as it’s not mentioned on the main description or when you are finalising the booking, only after you paid - they send a message.
