Large terrace luxury apartment

Has everything needed for your Barcelona stay - just needs a bit of TLC!

Pros: If you’re looking for something outside of the city centre but still close to amenities, this is a great choice. Lidl is a 10 minute walk away, with a variety of smaller convenience shops right on the doorstep. Metro is a short walk away too. Great fridge, dishwasher, TV, washer and dryer - had everything needed for an extended stay. The two balconies are a lovely touch and the pool is a really nice addition - a lot of great sun traps!

Cons: Some of the facilities are in need of updating - upholstery, dining room chairs, mainly the outdoor facilities (barbecue, outdoor furniture, deck and most noticeably the outdoor lighting). Black out shutters in the master bedroom need to be replaced because the difference was very noticeable. Could do with a few more utensils for the kitchen as well. With these, the apartment would be near perfect. Was warned about the location on arrival from our taxi driver so had our guard up - although quite rough, was very lively and didn’t run into any problems whilst walking around during our week long stay.

Amazing, fantastic and spectacular

Pros: Very clean, well furnished, plenty of space. The hosts were amazing and incredibly quick to respond. The view is amazing, especially at night. It has two individual balcony’s and you’re on the top floor. The area feels / looks a bit sketchy, but overall, did not have any problems. Very close to the beach / clubs. Ubers were only 10 euros to the nightlife.

Pros: Fantastic accommodation, air-con was brilliant and kitchen well equipped

Cons: The location left us a little vulnerable as female travellers to begin with but when we got use to the area everyone was lovely, transport was close by and taxis were reasonable into the centre

Cons: it’s a bit out from the city centre but a 8-10 minute taxi drive.

Fajne miejsce, dobre na rodzinny pobyt ale koniecznie sofy do prania oraz deska na tarasie do naprawy.

Pros: Ładne mieszkanie z dwoma tarasami i basenem w budynku. Bardzo pomocny i przyjazny personel, umożliwiono nam wcześniejsze zostawienie bagażu za co jestem wdzięczny.

Cons: Fajne mieszkanie ale dużym minusem była bardzo mocno poplamiona sofa i sofą balkonowa na tarasie. Zdecydowanie obie powinny zostać wyprane. Należy również naprawić lub oznaczyć uszkodzoną deskę balkonową, mój syn skaleczył tam nogę.

Pros: Maar liefst 2 Terassen en een groot gezamenlijk zwembad.

Not great value for the price, could’ve been better maintained.

Pros: Gated community, felt private without much people traffic in the building.

Cons: Some disrepair. The bathtub and upper patio table were very rusted over. For the price this should’ve been taken care of. The area of Barcelona was a bit run down, trash everywhere in the streets, not close to the highlights of Barcelona.

Pros: Het appartement heeft mooie terrasen, en veel licht .Goede bedden.2 badkamers is ook heel goed met 2 koppels.

Cons: De badkamers zijn verouderd en aan opknapbeurt toe . Ook de buurt is minder goed.😪Ook geen restaurants in de buurt.

Semplicemente perfetto.

Pros: Zona tranquilla. Parcheggio custodito al coperto gratuito. Alloggio confortevole e spazioso per 5 persone con doppio terrazzo. Proprietari disponibili e simpatici.

Cons: Nulla.
