Cosy apartment in a great location and great hosts

Pros: Very nice apartment, big rooms, nice view of a clock tower from the terrace, great facilieties. Great location, close to L1 Metro line, quiet neighbourhood and wonderful hosts.

Cons: The elevator is very small, but we already knew that and it was not such a big inconvenient.

Great Apartments, in a convenient location

Pros: Great Property in a good location, staff in the reception ere very friendly and chatty. Helped with luggage storage and very accommodating to members of the group arriving at different times! Rooms were a great size with everything you'd need for a trip to the city!

Cons: The lift is very small (1 person or luggage) and at checkout time the bag was going up and down whilst others were trying to use it!!!

Pros: Amazing host! Jacopo was extremely helpful and always ready to answer any questions! The appartment was perfectly located - lots of local restaurants nearby. Metro and other means of transportation very close by. The appartment was also very well equipped and extremely comfortable!

Overall we had a great stay!

Pros: Great location, comfy beds, and a washing machine. The staff were kind enough to let us leave our luggage after checkout, so we could explore more of Barcelona since our flight wasn’t until the evening.

Cons: A tumble dryer would be very helpful during winter. My family and I are travelling for three weeks, so it isn’t possible not to do laundry. At the moment, I have to use a hair dryer the next day to dry the clothes.

I recommend.

Pros: Excellent location near the L1 metro to the center. Carrefour is even closer. Great for a stay of several days. The elevator is a great experience :-). Nice, charming, smiling, very helpful receptionist.

Pros: The staff is super friendly! Metro is really 2 minutes away but you can also walk to the center. The apartment has pretty much everything that you can think of - hair dryer, iron, all kitchen appliances, nespresso coffeemaker with coffee capsule, sugar, salt, olive oil, etc etc.

Pros: This apartment complex was perfect for our girls’ trip to Barcelona. The location was excellent — very central with easy access to public transportation. The property was clean, tidy, and well maintained, making our stay comfortable and convenient.”
