Fantastic & fully-equipped apartment with a private terrace, great base for a Barcelona trip.

Pros: We had 2 amazing weekend stays at this place (rebooked for a 2nd weekend after the 1st because we enjoyed our first stay so much). Place was incredibly clean and well-designed, we had everything we could need. Sergio met us both times for the keys and was very friendly, and also left us cookies both times. It was a pity we didn't get to use the private terrace because of the rain, but it looked great as well. Beds were comfy, kitchen was fully equipped (cookware, utensils, plates, glasses, knives, water filter, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, etc.), and the building was very charming. Great location, very close to metros and busses, & you could walk to main tourist sites (Casa Batlló, Sagrada Familia) in 30-45 mins. Note that you have to take 2 very short flights of stairs up to this apartment as the lift doesn't reach the final floor.

Cons: Nothing! Great experience overall!

Pros: We would like to express our gratitude to our host, Sergio. He was very responsive and helped resolve any questions we had quickly.

Cons: The first apartment we moved into did not have radiators, which was an important point for us. However, we changed apartments, and overall everything worked out well.

Appart neuf et très confortable!!

Pros: Appart très confortable, propre et bien situé. Tout semblait neuf, incluant les électro-ménagers. Sergio était facile à contacter et répondait rapidement. Un petit problème avec le lave-vaisselle a promptement été reglé. Nous avons aimé les lits et la literie qui étaient très confortables. La cuisine était bien équipée et propre. Les épiceries et stations de métro étaient facilement accessibles.

Cons: Tout était parfait!
