Amazing

Pros: Quite a decent place in the heart of Eixample, very residential feeling around you, while just 10 minutes walking from the attractions like Paseo de Gracia and modernista buildings. The building has elevator, and typical balconies to enjoy winter sun in Barcelona. I would say it was quite clean, and clearly owners care about the services we felt warm welcomed and things like check in and check out were so easy!

Amazing

Pros: A perfect one-bedroom for couples like us or families to enjoy a peaceful place in a central location. It has AC for winter heating. Everything was clean and perfectly prepared. We loved the neighbourhood, just a few blocks to the tourist attractions but do not feel too crowded at all. Amazing overall.

Good location is kind services

Pros: This is a typical modernista building in the beloved Eixample neighbourhood. It's closed to everything, literally the best location we sould want to be. I traveled with my 70 years old mother and she could not walk the stairs. Luckily the building has elevator and staff were kind enough to help us with settling in. Such a nice stay!
