wonderful stay

Pros: the place was excellent, big apartment with 3 beds and 3 bathrooms, and in the heart of Barcelona shopping street and close to everything we need and close to nearby attractions. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive so thank you so much.

A convenient little modern charm

Pros: This stay could not have been a more central location than right on Passeig de Gracia for the week. Such a convenient spot to walk in and out, or to get access to public transit. We met with Gloria to collect the keys, and she is a lovely lady with great communication. She helped us settle in, provided useful information and was a kind soul. The apartment itself has an amazing open living space. It was well equipped and functional for our needs. The apartment is well decorated with taste, and has a cozy private yard to enjoy fresh air.

Cons: There was a suspicious opening in the laundry room, and the shared bathroom upstairs has no lock. Certain things could have been cleaner, but overall minimal concerns.

Lovely stay with a perfect location.

Pros: Location was amazing, very spacious and the private terrace was a real treat.

Cons: The only downside was that initially, communication from the host via booking.com wasn’t great. Once we had established contact, everything worked well.

Pros: Nous avons été super bien accueilli, bonne communication pour le rdv des clés et le propriétaire. Très sympathique. L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait, juste à côté du métro et de la ville. Appartement spacieux, bien équipée en électroménager. Calme malgré qu'on est en plein centre ville. Impeccable. Je garde l'adresse pour in future voyage en famille.

Cons: Le seul bémol pour nous, c'est l'équipement des couverts (une seule petite cuillère) manque quelques bols, une grande casserole. Mais nous sommes une famille avec 7 enfants donc.. Quelques détails qui devraient être refait (ampoule qui pend, poignée de porte cassé, ...) c'est un détails mais pour le coût de la location ça serait bien. Sinon c'est un magnifique appartement.
