Apartament modern al carrer Blai

Pros: Great location away from the business of the city centre with lots of excellent places for brunch and dinner! The owner was so kind and welcomed us in early to leave our bags and showed us a map of the city. Great to have our own kitchen and washing machine for the stay!

Pros: We were very welcomed from the owner, the host Ana was very kind she answered all our questions, It was very helpful for us. The apartment have everything its needed and its very comfortable for the familly of four. And the street where it is the apartment its very nice and have everything: restaurants, bars, supermarkets.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to major attractions. Loved the tapas bar just under the apartment. A basic apartment with everything you need for a few days in Barcelona.

Cons: Five floors with no lift made carrying the luggage up and down difficult. Way too many stairs.... Moreover the smell of food was trapped on the staircase literally 24 hours a day and it was very unpleasant. We could not open the kitchen window because the smell was getting inside and the wc in the living room which has a small wooden window let the smell in so we weren't using it and kept the door always shut.

Awesome location, lots of space, very friendly owner

Pros: The location is superb- very local vibe, Monjuic was easy walking, Carrer de Blai great for food (tapas/pinchos, groceries). Fairly spacious accommodation, two bathrooms, full functional kitchen, dining area.. Ana was fantastic, very kind and welcoming, and accommodating.

Cons: Only negative is that the shower needed to be updated. We didn't mind it but depending on your mobility, there are approximately 75 stairs to the apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was great, but will look forward to the lift!

Pros: Location was good, around 20 minutes walk from the port and La Rambla. Number of small supermarkets and restaurants right on the doorstep. Approx 5/10 minutes walk to a metro station. Well equipped kitchen, TV, WiFi, two toilets, washing machine. The owner was very nice and helpful.

Cons: The apartment was on the fifth floor of the building and there was no lift, which I didn't realise on booking! After the initial shock though, it was fine as we only went up the stairs once per day and it was good exercise! However, I don't think it would be any good at the moment for (really) old people or people with mobility issues or young children. However, the owner was keen to tell us that a lift was due to be installed in a couple of months time which will be excellent and she did help with our luggage! One minor point, the pillows were very hard and not very comfortable.

Nice place in perfect location

Pros: Fantastic location, on pedestrian street with lots of restaurants and relaxed vibe, and close to metro station. Very clean and functional apartment, with nice little patio. Quiet, since it faces rear of building Friendly staff at check-in/check-out

Pros: Man wohnt mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig nach hinten raus. Vollausgestattete Küche, ein 2. WC und Balkon. Ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Super Lage mit Restaurants und Supermärkten unten in der Straße. Auch U-Bahn-Haltestellen waren in der Nähe. Wir haben viel zu Fuß gemacht, z. B. Seilbahn und Miro-Museum.

Cons: Nix.

Pros: Appartamento pulito, letti comodi. Vicino fermate bus e metro. La proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile.

Cons: Quinto piano senza ascensore, nel vano scale c'era sempre odore di mangiare.

Pros: Patika plašums, iekārtojums, 2 tualetes, ērtā nokļūšana ar metro, atrašanās uz gājēju ielas ar kafejnīcām un veikaliem.

Cons: Kāpnēs nebija apgaismojums, augstu jākāpj.

Pros: Ottima posizione con molti locali e comoda ai trasporti. Appartamento curato. Nel complesso ci è piaciuto e siamo stati bene

Cons: Qualche volta troppa confusione da parte di altri abitanti del condominio, specie di notte.
