Pros: The location was superb. The apartment was lovely. Good showers, bedding and all necessary kitchen appliances.
Cons: We were on the second floor, there was a lot of noise from the floor above, constant running, jumping and shouting late at night and into the early morning

A comfortable and pleasant stay in a cozy apartment in a great location.
Pros: The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, with clear house rules. It felt cozy and welcoming, and the small balcony was a lovely touch to enjoy the atmosphere of the city.
Cons: The hairdryer didn’t work very well – it was quite weak.

Gorgeous apartment!
Pros: Beautiful apartment. Really clean. Everything you need in apartment. Great location. Helpful staff, very responsive. I broke a kitchen utensil and I offered to pay to replace it and they said it wasn't a problem.
Cons: The upstairs guests were extremely noisy until one in the morning, moving furniture, banging noises, heavy footsteps. I messaged the staff and they said they would speak to the guests. To be honest they were even worse the next day/night but I didn't want to bother the staff again, so that was my own fault not to complain. I guess some travelers don't care about others. It wouldn't put me off staying again.

Mixture of pleasure and pain!
Pros: Great location, spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment with a terrace area. Staff interaction was good.
Cons: Unfortunately, the place reeked of stale tobacco smoke. I eventually extracted an admission from the staff that a previous occupant broke the rules and smoked in the apartment. Must have smoked like a chimney! They said they did a ‘deep clean’ afterwards, but the bins in the kitchen and bathroom both stank of emptied ashtrays and they weren’t replaced even though staff said they would. I told BCN Rambla they should never have let the place out when it stank of smoke and they knew it did, because they supposedly deep cleaned it. An offer to move us to another apartment during our stay was made, but not accepted because of the disruption and inconvenience it would entail. Should not have put us in that apartment to begin with. Very pissed off and disappointed with all of that, but otherwise the place was really good. The staff were pleasant when trying to address my complaint, at least. Sad, because we had stayed with them 10 years ago and had a positive experience then. Moral of the story is: always put the client first and you won’t end up in the wrong end of a negative review…

Loved it. Highly recommend. We stayed as a family with three kids, 10-13 year. Location and facilities were excellent. W
Pros: Apartment was beautifully presented exceptional clean. Perfect location for our family. Not sure would the balconies suit family’s with small children. We were on the 4th floor and the views were amazing. Would definitely recommend for location and quality!
Cons: Showers are small but functional!

Great apartment close to everything!
Pros: Excellent location close to shops and La Rambla. Many supermarkets close by.
Cons: Outside balcony was dusty. No cushions on the seats.

Very spacious and central
Pros: Very spacious and central . The beds are extremely comfy . The property is clean but showing slight signs of ware and tear
Cons: The two double bedrooms are separated by a dressing area and a curtain so you can hear all activity . The balconies are very small so you cannot sit out comfortably

Pros: Great location. Near to all stations for the bus and metro and extreamly near to the two Gaudi houses which was great for a short city visit. There is a 500€ deposit - not a problem, they refound the money in time.
Cons: There were no chairs for the balcony in our apartment but it wasan't such a big problem.
