Habitat Apartments Pedrera

We really loved this place! The host was responsive. We would stay here again.

Pros: Loved the location! Appreciated the convenience of the smart lock! I loved everything about the esthetic of the unit especially the windows.

Cons: Wish there was better coffee in the care package and more bottled water.

Great spacious apartment in lively neighborhood

Pros: spacious apartment, clean, beds were comfortable, everything around us, easy app door opening.

Cons: loud street so very noisy until 1am or more depending on the night. If you are in the room beside the street windows and you're a light sleeper or sleep early it may be difficult to fall asleep or not be waken up during the night.

Had a lovely time in Barcelona and would book this apartment again if I was to return.

Pros: Fantastic location, the beds were so comfy. Didn’t really use the kitchen facilities but seemed to have everything you needed.

Cons: You are sent an email before you arrive with the link to access the door lock. I didn’t received this, after a few phone calls we managed to access the property. If you want access on more than 1 persons phone, you need to ask them to send the email access to another email address. It worked ok but was slow to operate at times.

Very good location with lots of restaurants and cafes, comfy beds, and spacious room.

Pros: Once the app downloaded, it was okay. But downloading two apps, and get it working took quite a while.

Cons: I did not like that everything has to be done by your mobile.

A gem of an apartment in an amazing location so playing a big part to our memorable stay

Pros: Amazing location, beautiful apartment and setup, making our stay enjoyable throughout. Very easy to reach and access and many nice places (tapas and cafes) nearby for a visit after a long sight seeing day.

Cons: Not really anything not to like. Staying 7 night was fairly comfortable although, being used to staying in relatively firm hotel mattresses, the main/double bed’s mattress was too soft for my back so I would recommend a new firmer mattress.

Ligging was zeer goed!

Clean, spacious, and comfortable

Pros: Good location, lots of restaurants nearby, cool AC

Cons: Bathroom is no very private with glass blocks that looks into the living area. I did not like that I needed an app for the lock system as I had to purchase a SIM card in order to enter the apartment.

Muy buen lugar para familia y vacaciones

Pros: Excelente ubicación y buen acceso a transporte. Las instalaciones están bien equipadas para varios días de estadía

Cons: Televisión local, sin acceso a streaming

Great location to stay, do not expect luxury but it serves the purpose

Pros: Superb location in the city in the heart of all happening.

Cons: Place is a bit used. Photos on Booking are from the time when apartment was new which is likely some years ago. All is clean but by heavy short term stay usage you can tell that place is being taken care of just for minimum investment and service. Ideal for family of four. Communication with rental agency is ok (sometimes reply took oonger) and you have to download app to enter apartment.
