Location, Location, Location and great host

Pros: Outstanding Location right in the heart of Barcelona's Gothic Quarter - The tourist centre a perfect base to explore on foot the city's architectural splendor

Cons: compact bedrooms but works perfectly

Pros: Perfect location. In the middle of Barcelona but so quiet in the apartment that we had very good night sleep. Very clean, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms. Our stay was excellent! Many thanks.

Pros: Mieszkanie wygodne i przestronne. Wszędzie blisko: sklepy, kafejki, markety, La Rambla, Plac Kataloński, La Bouqeria. Świetne położenie do zwiedzania uroliwej dzielnicy Barri Gòtic. 20 minut do plaży spacerem.

It was OK but probably would not stay there again.

Pros: No breakfast provided. Quiet. Interesting glass stairs to second bed and bath

Cons: Very hard to find property. Not on a street but hidden behind a steel gate and down a walkway. Even local taxi's and luggage delivery had a hard time finding it. One half used roll of toilet paper was not enough for two baths and two people. Had to go to store across from B&B and buy some.

Apt with great potential

Pros: Large common space. Good kitchen with stocked dishes and cookware. The upstairs bathroom was good. The upstairs bedroom area was roomy and comfortable. Washer was excellent, and the drying rack was available.

Cons: The downstairs shower had mold that needs to be taken care of. Toilet and sink were fine. The unit in general looked clean, but there was a substantial dirt under the sofa. If the unit was cleaner, a higher rating would have been given. The stairs are glass and steel. Which is not for older adults with mobility issues or children.
