Pros: Everything went smooth when we arrived in our apartment.

Cons: I love our stay but one thing is missing— bidet.

Great location and clean apartment

Pros: Great and kind host, easy and clear communication and instructions to get into apartment. The location is in the great part of the city, with lots of nearby bars, tapas, restaurants and shops. Also the area where the stay is located feels safe. The apartment was very clean and with a lot of space.

Pros: Location, configuration, ease of communication and value for money

Cons: A dryer would have been perfect as we stayed for a week

Pros: The apartment was great, and the little touches showed a host who cared. Location was perfect and the amenities were good. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Cons: However, the check in procedure needs to be improved. The directions should be sent well before time and should be emailed or easier still sent to a cell number. Just a general comment, but Barcelona really needs to get its act together and do a clean up. The city was dirty and not how I remembered it from years before.

A spacious, comfortable and quiet apartment with great light, two balconies, a well-equipped kitchen

Pros: The apartment is much bigger than it looks in the photos and extremely comfortable. It actually has two balconies: the terrace shown in the pictures and another one connected to the bedroom, which is very bright and full of natural light. The bathroom is not as small as it appears online, and the kitchen is excellent — fully equipped with everything you need. The air conditioning works very well, but thanks to the cross ventilation, you often don’t even need to use it. The terrace offers a beautiful view, and the elevator works perfectly. The apartment is also very quiet, with no noise from the street or neighbours, and the bed is very comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment.

Cons: The AC in the rooms was weak compared to the living room given it's a central AC

Clean, mostly comfortable and a (appeared) safe area.

Pros: There was a washing machine, a good iron, plus a lift to get up to our apartment.

Cons: The late check in (4pm) but we got in a bit earlier @ 3pm, was a bit of a pain, also the air conditioning in the 2 bedroom unit was ordinary.

Comfortable and easy access to transport

Pros: Property was clean and spacious . No hot water or tv signal. Hot water fixed the following day. A few light bulbs were not working . Staff were great especially when we locked our passports in the safe Great location neat Poble Sec metro

Authentic, comfortable apartment in real Barcelona

Pros: Great location in San Antoni, which is close to the city centre but feels authentic to Barcelona. Apartment is clean and quiet despite being very close to main roads. Communication with the letting agent is good, but we had no need to contact them during our stay. The only possible improvement would be some bigger cups/mugs, as the apartment has only coffee cups which are a bit small. The outside area is mostly shady. We didn't use it much as the weather was chilly and wet, but anyone expecting to sunbathe may be disappointed. If we return to Barcelona we will definitely choose this place

Fantastic Stay – Clean, Comfortable and Perfectly Located!

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was perfect – close to all major tourist attractions, yet in a safe and peaceful part of the city. Plus, it was just a short walk from the metro and grocery stores, which made getting around and shopping incredibly convenient. The communication with the hosts was smooth and hassle-free, making our experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a well-maintained and conveniently located accommodation!
