Tendency Plaza España

Pros: The apartment was clean, it has two bedrooms, the living room and one of the bedrooms have a street view, the second bedroom is very small. We made online check-in and people from the agency were very helpful and always answered my questions. There is a supermarket very close, a metro station across the street There is also a plaza nearby with little local bistros. Good price considering price-performance ratio

Cons: The building is old, and, although in good condition, the bad smell is present in the staircase and sometimes inside the apartment. The staircase is very narrow, not too pleasant if you are claustrophobic. There is a little plaza nearby which was very very noisy, we had the windows open and we could hear the street cleaning machine and all kind of noises. The apartment door can be opened only using the app. I found Poble Sec to be quite dirty

Pros: Really great accomodation for our family in the most amazing area. Loves the authentic vibe in the area, the many good restaurants and the small ice cream shop in the street. The apartment had everything we needed. We had some problems with the check in app but the staff was only a phone call away and was very kind, professional and patient with us.

Excelent

Pros: Locație centrala, curat și confortabil, bucătărie utilată conform descrierii.

Cons: Nu am nimic de reproșat

ottimo soggiorno per quattro persone per alcuni giorni

Pros: ottima posizione per utilizzo mezzi, mangiare e muoversi

Cons: odori non buoni lungo le scale
