Pros: Apartment at an excellent location, very kind personnel. Totally recommend.

Pros: The apartment is fully furnished with the facilities we need. Hair dryer, washing machine (no dryer function), kitchen equipped with pot etc. the location is superb too. It’s just behind the famous Casa Battlo. The room can see the Casa directly.

Cons: The cleaner asked us to dispose everything (basically we already wash the dishes, throw the garbage away ). We only leave empty shopping bags and empty water bottle. Yet the cleaner insist us to dispose it and the garbage bin is few blocks away from the apartment. This is unacceptable as the house rules didn’t state it was compulsory but appreciate if guest dispose the garbage. We were rushing to the airport and was so rush. Hopefully the owner will advise the cleaner accordingly.

Pros: The location of apartment was perfect, not so noisy part of La Rambla, however the views from apartment was wonderful. The building is very clean and comfortable. The apartment itself was old and small. It has everything to live. In general, we liked it.

Cons: The hot water. There is a big problem with hot water boiler. And if you are family of 4 people, the hot water not enough and you have to wait.

Great location and value for money

Pros: Location was perfect. Apartment as clean and quiet. Well stocked facilities and a the wifi was good. Communication was seem less and friendly

Cons: Only had air con in the lounge not the bedroom. The nights were warm.

Pros: Great location, great facilities with well stocked kitchen, great helpful staff, comfortable beds and even though in the heart of Barcelona, very quiet.

Pros: I liked the welcome they gave us, when we arrived very late.My room was very clean & comfortable & I felt safe.

Pros: Nice flat in great location, very helpful hosts, comfortable beds and impeccably clean.

Cons: The overall experience of renting the apartment was great, but the bathroom needs refurbishing (although we appreciate that it and the rest of the apartment was very clean).

Pros: Localização excelente, vista em geral incluindo a vista para os fundos da Casa Galdi e tamanho certo para uma pessoa.

Cons: Definir uma horario exata para check-in, poderia ter cortina na janela da cozinha (ja que é um studio e a luminosidade da cozinha vai direto para a cama) e o banho, apesar de ser bom, a agua quente dura muito pouco.

Pros: Το διαμέρισμα ηταν μεγαλο κ καθαρό, στο κέντρο Πολυ καλη σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Το ατομο που μας καθοδήγησε ηταν παρα πολυ ευγενικο κ εξυπηρετικό!

Cons: Ολα ηταν αψογα, το μόνο μικρο αρνητικό που μπήκαν στο σπιτι πριν της 10 ενω το, check out ηταν μετα της 11.
