Clean bright apartment close to Barcelona tourist spots but away from bustle

Pros: The apartment is clean, well lit, quiet, spacious and well equipped. The lift works and the public areas are clean. The location is good but a 10-20 minute walk from the tourist highlights. There are local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants very close and a regular market at the end of the street.

Cons: We had a small problem with the electricity but the manager was able to move us immediately into another vacant apartment in the same building.

Great apartment but not close to city center

Pros: If your top priority is a quiet, modern apartment with plenty of room, Espais Blaus is a great option. We had just come from a cruise and enjoyed having room to spread out. While we didn't use the full kitchen much, it was enjoyable to have everything handy. The beds were very comfortable. We arrived early in the day and they had some convenient lockers to store our luggage, although it did cost 10 euros. There's a small grocery store next door so if you need simple supplies it's handy.

Cons: About the only thing we didn't like was that it was quite a ways from the city center. It was a 25 minute walk to La Sagreda Familia and 30 minutes to the downtown. Ideally, I would like something closer. While there are plenty of taxis in Barcelona, sometimes finding one during busy times was hard so we had to walk back to the apartment. We didn't need a front desk, but if you that's a priority, you should choose a different location.

We really enjoyed our stay , the space and the community feel of the neighbourhood were great

Pros: Spacious , clean , comfortable nice neighbourhood , pin entry efficient systems .

Cons: The deduction of the full amount as soon as booking was made was different to other bookings during our six week tour. The need to pay extra taxes and fill in online forms before we could get the address in the days before we arrived was unsettling.

Excellent 👌

Pros: Located in an excellent area of Barcelona with several public transport stops nearby. Well furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities. Spacious interior and a smooth, straightforward check-in process. I would gladly stay here again.

Cons: Recommendation: The window insulation could benefit from improvement, as some exterior traffic noise is audible inside the apartment. The sofa shows noticeable signs of wear and would benefit from replacement; due to its firmness, it was not really suitable for sleeping. Additionally, the Dolce Gusto machine unexpectedly stopped functioning at one point through no fault of ours, and we were unable to restore its operation despite our efforts.

Great place tonstay

Pros: It's a great place to stay in Barcelona. Close to everything. The place is clean and well appointed. They provided supplies which is very nice and useful during our stay.

Cons: Nothing..

Comfortable

Pros: Very clean and nicely furnished, so we had a really comfortable stay. Great for big groups or families with babies. There was no in-person contact, but communication was fast and everything went smoothly.

Pros: Excellent apartment in a perfect location. 15 min walk from Sagrada familia. Plenty of restaurants, shops, bakerys...nearby. Professional, helpfull staff.

Absolutely loved our stay here!

Pros: This was a lovely apartment in a great location. It was walkable distance from metro (less than 10mins from either Verdaguer or Joanic metro stations) and Sagrada Familia (15mins). We caught Bus 47 from around the corner to get us to the Cathedral and Old Town area. Bus 47 or V19 to get to Barceloneta Beach. The building is secure with an entry code for the main door from the street and a code to enter the apartment. The area is quiet and suburban so not touristy. Several supermarkets within easy walking distance and several bars & restaurants. Apartment is bright and spacious, comfortable sofa, dining table & chairs and well equipped kitchen. Good size bathroom, plenty of cupboard space for clothes & luggage and a safe. Bed is very comfortable. Host company was responsive with providing info about accessing the apartment. Would definitely stay again if we're back in Barcelona.

Cons: Can't fault this apartment!

Very satisfied

Pros: Very clean and the apartment had everything you might need. Shampoo, coffee and tea, iron for clothes, clean towels, also everything you might need for cooking. Communication with the host was great, always responsive in a short period of time

Pros: Well-located with full facilities. The washing machine was especially helpful during our trip!
