Pros: Alfonso offered a warm welcome to housalia. We loved the location, great food and coffee options nearby. Good proximity to main attractions without being crazy busy. The bed in main room was comfortable and we appreciated ceiling fan also in main room. Also quiet at night which was lovely.

Well furnished, cozy apartment with a great location.

Pros: The location of the apartment was absolutely great. 10 minutes to Sagrada Família and a short walk to Paseo de Gràcia to start a day with a nice coffee and views (Casa Batllò etc.). The apartment was clean and cozy. Some cool furnishings are definitely worth mentioning. I recommend it for all visitors who are looking for a comfortable, well located apartment in Barcelona.

Pros: The location was great. The apartment was clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed. We felt welcomed. They gave us location of few restaurants, clubs, bars and stores in our vincinity, that was very helpful. The metro is nearby and it is easy to use.

Perfect roomy location with everything you need!

Pros: We enjoyed this apartment very much. Great location and plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We definitely recommend staying here.

Cons: The living room couch is very worn, and you sink in deep when sitting back. It makes getting up challenging. The couch needs an upgrade. Luckily, we were busy and only spent the early morning and late evenings on it.

Nice stay in Barcelona!

Pros: Location was very good, very comfortable, well stocked kitchen and we appreciated the coffee, snacks and laundry and dishwasher soap. Walkable location.

Cons: Ran out of hot water one morning but that was the only issue.

Comodo appartamento

Pros: Casa ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario, personale gentile e disponibile

Cons: Le camere singole e la cucina sono praticamente buie, le finestre affacciano su di un angusto cavedio

Magnífico, muy buenos anfitriones y apartamento, volveréis muy muy bueno

Pros: La anfitriona Mili, muy buena atención igualmente las personas de la oficina, muy oportuna cada información e indicación

Cons: Que se siente un poco el olor a cigarrillo de otros apartamentos

Pros: Appartamento stupendo pulito ed ordinato...tre camere...ottima posizione anche se nella via bisogna scaricare i bagagli in fretta visto che non c'è area di sosta come del resto quasi in tutta Barcellona...comunque con le ottime informazioni di Massimiliano molto meticoloso abbiamo risolto. Grazie... tutto perfetto!

Cons: Forse la vista dalle finestre delle camere alcune vista muro.

Pros: We were greeted by Sabrina who was thorough, patient, and kind. The location was in a nice quiet neighbourhood, close to markets and cafes, and with easy access to a variety of metro lines. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had most of what we needed.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like, per se, but it might have been nice to have an extra few towels/dish cloths. A minor detail.
