Perfect location

Pros: Location location location! Can’t be beaten on its location.

Cons: A lot more dates than the photos. Bits could do with some maintenance and tlc. No heating at all in one of the bedrooms and the living room could do with being more comfortable.

Pros: A great location right in the city centre. Very big flat for large families. Good AC in all rooms. Good number of shower/wc. 5-10 mins walk to public transport too. All in all a great apartment

Cons: A couple of shower rooms were too tight for elders, but there are ample of them, so the smaller ones can be used by kids. The flat is a bit old styled with not all light bulbs working (though didnt affect us much).

Fin de semana por el centro de Barcelona.

Pros: La ubicación es genial, muy cerquita del centro. Las camas grandes y cómodas, varios baños y calefacción/aire en todas las habitaciones para regularlo individualmente. Ascensor para subir. Es genial poder estar todos juntos en un mismo apartamento.

Cons: Duchas pequeñas y estrechas, algo de suciedad en varios sitios pero nada alarmante, grieta en el techo de uno de los baños. Al ser un edificio antiguo, el suelo tiembla al andar y se escucha bastante a los vecinos. Ubicado en calle bastante transitada aunque muy céntrica.

Un magnifique appartement au coeur de Barcelone

Pros: La Localisation du logement est parfaite. Nous étions un groupe d'amis (13) pour le weekend et nous avons pu tout faire à pied. La Céthédrale de Barcelone est juste à côté et il y a un Carrefour juste en bas pour pouvoir faire des courses. Tous les accès sont faciles et le quartier gothique est vraiement très beau à visiter. L'appartement est très grand et suffisait pour nous tous sachant que nous l'utilisions pour dormir uniquement.

Cons: La cuisine et la salle à manger sont tout au bout de l'appartement mais nous n'en avions pas l'utilité (donc pas d'importance pour nous)
