Pros: Wonderful apartments in the incredible Castel de Kafka. Quiet, with a pine forest nearby. Blanca, the very kind hostess, was waiting for me at the apartment, even though I was delayed at the airport. She explained and showed me everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Everything matches the description on the website. I really enjoyed it. Thank you, dear Blanca.

Amazing

Pros: I was shocked by how nice and clean the room was. I was absolutely delighted. I never got around to using the pool.

Cons: 2 things... 1. The WiFi was not good and I had to keep turning it off. 2. A little thing I know but I missed drinks coasters. As I was using ice there were always pools of water to wipe up. Otherwise it was completely excellent.

Great self-catering room in Sitges

Pros: The pool and view were excellent. It's a little far from town but not a problem - ten mins walk.

Cons: Check in took a while.

Don't be put off by the bad reviews

Pros: The apartment is modern, large for a studio and we found it clean and the kitchen well equipped. I was hesitant to book this after quite a few bad comments, but I don't know what they're on about to be honest as everything worked in the kitchen for us and there were plenty of pans, plates, crockery etc. I would recommend this booking.

Cons: The owner charged me €3 more than he should've for the local tax. I knew the local tax charge should be about €5, yet he charged me €8. He made up an excuse saying the reason was because I was paying with card. Make sure you take cash to pay for the local tax and show him how much you should pay (it says on the booking.com reference). Don't let him over charge you. This left a sour taste in my mouth, but other than that it's hard to fault the stay.

Decent apartment, but with some maintenance issues and misleading information

Pros: The apartment was spacious, clean, with properly working aircon, and the bed was comfortable. The check in process was a bit delayed and not as smooth as we expected, but the person who received us was helpful and friendly. He was also available when we had an issue with one of the access cards.

Cons: The apartment was in a good condition in general, but the kitchen (cooking) unit could have been better equipped and maintained. There was just one kitchen knife which was totally dull and unable to cut any food, bread, vegetables, meat, anything really. There was no knife sharpener either, so we couldn't sharpen the knife. We had to use a table knife which was actually much sharper. There was an induction stove in the apartment, but not all the pots and pans provided were suitable for induction cooking, so we had to use just one pot, and one small pan. There was no wooden spoon/spatula either, so the protection coating on the pans was always at risk. There was also a small table to eat, but placed in such a way that only one person could eat at a time. That was quite inconvenient. There were no litter bags provided either. The bathroom was ok, but there was no shower gel, and the dispenser was just empty with some traces of old gel inside. It's also worth mentioning, that the roof top swimming pool was empty, as there were water shortages in the region. This is perfectly understandable, but it should be clearly mentioned in the property description as some people may get mislead, and choose this property precisely for the swimming pool. Let me just point out that there were working swimming pools in Sitges at some hotels, so if you were interested in having a swimming pool available and chose this apartment you'd be unpleasantly surprised. Lucky for us, we weren't really interested in having a swimming pool, but still, it shouldn't have been advertised as available. There building lift didn't work either, so bear in mind if you carry heavy luggage. We also received misleading information regarding the late check out from the property through booking.com.

Je conseille, super agréable

Pros: Secteur super calme, bien situé pas trop de la ville et de la plage. Agréable installation

Cons: Le manque de matériel pour entretenir le logement pendant ce séjour. Sinon rien d'autre.

Pros: L'ensemble est très satisfaisant, c'est la deuxième année que je réserve dans cette résidence et je reviendrai l'an prochain.

Cons: La piscine n'a pas de pompe à chaleur, du coup même début septembre, impossible de se baigner tellement elle est froide .

Agradable

Pros: Fácil aparcamiento (que en Sitges es difícil), lugar tranquilo, lejos del follón, cerca de supermercados.

Cons: Subir escaleras para llegar a la habitación. Quizás un poco más cuidado el baño.

Pros: Muy limpio y muy bien ubicado. El señor que nos atendio muy amable

Pros: Ya había estado antes. Piscina infinita en la terraza sin nadie...y un remanso de paz

Cons: El parking va por separado, no se incluye. Había un mini cepillo y no pude barrer la habitación en condiciones
