Fels Apartments

Very pleased by hygiene and kindness of personel

Pros: The hygiene was super, but what really outclassed that was the kindness of personel. Very kind and friendly people! I would recommend to take the parking option internally, it keeps your car safe and sound in a underground parking, and for plug-in hybrid you can charge up your car for free as well. Big plus! The interior was very clean and the curtains made the bedrooms pitch black, wonderful! The connection to the highway (2 blocks away) and the beach (also 2 blocks away) made the stay perfect. All the nice restaurants from Castedefells were in walking distance.

Cons: There was little investment by the builder to prevent noises from other rooms. It's pretty noisy. If available book/ask for top floor accomodation. People around are not aware that sliding chairs around approx 23.00 would make a lot of noise in a modern building. Fels can't help that in my opinion, so it feels not good towards those kindly people to 'complain', but the surrounding sounds and isolation of sounds could've been better from the contractor building the building. The other thing that you should need to know is parking: I would strongly recommend to park with Fels, because there's a club in striking distance from the appartments, that closes in weekend at 6AM. People with low morality (maybe because of some poison) could easily harm your belongings. Prevent that and pay a bit more for parking in a safe spot with Fels.

Great find

Pros: Great building and apartment, everything new and well sorted out. Close to the beach and within 30 min by car to Barcelona center.

Cons: Noises during night coming from plumbing installation. When someone in level above used water the noise in my room was annoying for a while after that.

Quiet and clean place to stay with you family. Good location near to Barcelona.

Pros: Super location, near Barcelona and beach! Rooms were big and very clean. Balcony. We liked that the doors opened by the code and quiet neighbourhood!

Cons: Its autumn and in the rooms the stone floors were could. There were no slippers and bathrobes. In the kitchen was missing towel and no elementary salt-pepper, cleaning paper. The pool is could to, no heating. And towels were wet and there was no way to dry them.

Excellent

Pros: The apartment is in excellent condition, everything is new and well maintained. The location near the beach is ideal, with a pool and all amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities on the -1 floor. Check-in was very easy, and the staff were friendly, offering helpful recommendations and useful information for our stay.

Perfect apartment and location

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised, the apartments look exactly like the pictures, spacious, modern and comfortable, 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk from the busier area of Castelldefels and 25 minute uber into the centre of Barcelona, perfect for what we needed, the pool area was also lovely!

Spacious, clean, modern apartment in a great location

Pros: The apartment was clean and new. Sofia was very helpful and responsive. I also liked the keyless entry system. This makes life much easier. We had a two bedroom apartment. It was very spacious, the room sizes were good, the beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for clothes. The air-conditioning was silent and subtle which made a nice change. The apartment is a 2 minute walk to the beach and local restaurants. Private parking was a bonus.

Cons: Our apartment overlooked the road, so when the balcony doors were open it was quite noisy due to passing traffic.

Fabulous stay

Pros: Location is great , by the sea , bars and restaurants near you. Very clean and looked after area. The apartment itself and the whole building are beautifully made 😍. High quality work,very clean place , very spacious so modern with lots of lights.. The rooms were big, the shower was extremely powerful . Very heavy blind curtains that made..it.very comfortable to whatever time.of day. The pool was fab, garden also. Maintained daily. Couldnt fault it. Staff were amazing, very helpful , friendly and.very well mannered. We had a fantastic week, would highly recommend it. Thank you again team Fels

Cons: Only observation was that the mattresses were a bit on the hard side for.us but nothing major.

Comfortable and Stylish Apartment Stay

Pros: Fantastic newly built apartment block with swimming pool and secure access. We stayed in a one bed garden apartment as a family of three and it had plenty of space and the sofa bed was comfortable. The apartment was spotless and had basic dish cleaning pack and hand/shower gel. The location is 5 mins from the beach and about a 20minute walk into the town/train station. We used this as a base to get the train into Barcelona and to have a holiday with the mix of city with beach.

Cons: Another mirror is needed as only one in the bathroom. Also for the level of apartment a coffee machine would be appropriate.
