Pros: The location is perfect. Apartment spacious. Bikes to use are very convenient. Staff friendly and extremely helpful.
Cons: The pool was freezing and dirty (although it was October). There isn't much sound insulation and could hear neighbours but it didn't really disturb us too much.

Despite the minor negatives, it’s a great property, very well
Pros: Lovely property in a nice quiet area not far from town and nice bars along the seafront
Cons: They could provide basic essentials like water, salt pepper etc, they didn’t profile bags for rubbish either… Not a fan of the key collection either, it’s a trek with suitcases … Finally a 10am check out is too early, it should be at least 11am.

Pros: Were filipino's couple, we were love the apartment, the staff (i hope i remember the name) the person in charge in check in is very pleasing, attentive, nice and admirable, she great, she' treat us special,its our firstime travelling in europe that someone look as a guest🩷 see you again in our next journey in barcelona🩷 we bring nextime our family there..

Highly recommended – a perfect spot for a trip with kids!
Pros: A great place for a family stay in Barcelona! The property is in an excellent location – only about 300 meters in a straight line from the sea and the promenade. You can rent bikes on-site and enjoy a family trip along the coast – we went as a group of four and it was fantastic. The atmosphere is very pleasant, with beautiful trees trimmed like parasols. The pool is clean, and interestingly, the water is even cooler than in the sea – a refreshing change after a hot day. The service was also excellent: when I reported a broken kettle, a new one was delivered almost immediately, and the staff kept fresh towels ready for us.

Pros: Great apartment, comfortable, quiet. Nice little pool. Great shower, fridge & hob if you fancied cooking. Only a few minutes walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants.
Cons: Only downside, which we knew in advance was the walk from one residence to collect the keys, back to where we were staying.

Great stay, very comfortable beds. Great location, organised a taxi to pick up for early morning flight.
Pros: Very near the fabulous beach and a short walk to train station to Barcelona.
Cons: Only thing missing was another mirror. Only one was in bathroom.

Beautiful place and great relaxing stay
Pros: Beautiful, quiet and clean residence, apartments are very pretty and convenient, with good furniture and nice style. There's terrace, comfortable beds, good bathroom, a cozy swimming pool and free bike rental. Also we really liked the breakfast in the reception building. The personnel is very responsive and helpful! They provided us with baby bed and baby bath, for us it was life saving :)
Cons: I would definitely improve Wi-Fi connection, it was very poor. Also there's no dishwasher. Airport is very close to the residence and you can here the noise from airplanes sometimes, but for us it was ok.

Liked it very much
Pros: Nice and cosy, very clean and comfortable. I liked the design - simple, but pleasant. There was everything for living with a family in the apartment, even an iron and umbrellas for rain and sun. The location was great - only a few minutes to the beach. The staff was very helpful - they let us to check in earlier. Everything was great 😊
