Great location, nice apartment

Pros: It’s a spacious apartment, as far as Barcelona apartments go! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, in a nice area of Barcelona and next to lots of nice restaurants and shops. It’s also directly next to the Metro. There was no noise from Neighbours at all (a common problem in Barce). There was the rumble of trains from the underground but that stops at night so it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall a nice, comfortable apartment. Maria was very good….she met us at the property and was available if I needed her during our stay.

Cons: The bathrooms and floors need updating. I’m not a fan of shower curtains in the bath tub and it did need a refurb. My son lives close by and this wouldn’t stop me from staying again but it would be a stunning apartment if they put some work into it as it’s very old. Clean but so outdated .

Great stay at Clot market

Pros: 3 people stay at this property and there was more than enough space for everyone. The location was great as it was right by a metro station and lots of shops/restaurants.

Pros: La ubicación es excelente. Las camas son cómodas y el apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario.

Cons: Hacía un poco de frío, en invierno unos calentadores no vendían mal. Los baños necesitan una reforma, la bañera y grifos están en muy mal estado.
