Great location, nice hotel

Pros: We had a great stay at Hotel César with my husband and my two Golden Retrievers. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The hotel's location is great, just a few steps from the beach. Our room was very spacious and clean.

Excellent hotel

Pros: This was our second stay at Hotel Cesar. Staff were very helpful when my husband took ill and an ambulance had to be called. Homely hotel very close to the beach and facilities.

Peaceful autumn break.

Pros: Close to beach and very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Comparatively high price for drink and thought that a 10 euro rental charge for a beach towel was excessive.

A pleasant stay

Pros: The hotel is charming and has been run by the same family since the late 1800s, which really gives it a warm and personal atmosphere. My room was generally very quiet compared to the noise of Barcelona, although on Saturday night it was a bit loud from nearby venues when the air conditioning wasn’t working. That said, this is not really the hotel’s fault, though maybe better sound insulation could help. The room was clean and even had a small bookshelf corner, which I found to be a lovely touch. Since I was in the area for a wedding, I didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but for two nights it was more than enough. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back if I return to the region. The fact that you can also walk to the beach is a big plus, especially for longer stays.

Cons: The only small downside was that my room wasn’t ready even though I arrived after check-in time, probably just a communication issue. Also, breakfast wasn’t included in the price -it would have been nice to have it complimentary.

Terrific value, superb location and incredibly helpful staff - a great family run hotel!

Pros: We were greeted late in the evening and then we were so grateful to be helped to buy a parking permit. We had to make arrangements to change for a wedding and we were helped by being able to leave our bags in a safe place. The desk receptionist went beyond her duty to help us and we were so grateful

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at César Hotel in Vilanova. The experience was excellent overall. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the sea and conveniently close to many restaurants and local attractions. The hotel’s own restaurant was also impressive, offering great food and service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Pros: Review for Hotel César, Vilanova I had a great stay at Hotel César! Despite my late arrival, the receptionist kindly waited for me and ensured everything was in order for a smooth check-in, which I really appreciated. My room was very spacious and had a beautiful sea view, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was lovely—although we were the first ones to arrive, the staff made sure we had everything we needed, which was a nice touch. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a few steps from the beach. I visited during the winter season, so I didn’t get to enjoy sunny beach days, but I can imagine this place being perfect for a summer getaway. Overall, it was a lovely stay with friendly service, a great location, and comfortable accommodations. I’d love to come back in the summer to fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer!

Cons: I didn’t use the pool, so I can’t comment on that, but I did ask about the sauna and, unfortunately, it wasn’t working that day. I really wish it had been, as the cold weather made me crave some warmth and relaxation.

Lovely Hotel, nice stay

Pros: This family run hotel has a lot of history and was very lovely, the staff were kind and super helpful. The room was very clean with a authentic Spanish feel.

Cons: The TV was very small and the windows were old so when wind blew at night it was very noisy

Pros: Pool and front area where clean and beautiful. It is so close to the beach.
