Pros: Perfect location! Clean tidy rooms with all you should need.

Arianna is a gem

Pros: Arianna on reception is a gem and the reason we came back to this hotel . The hotel is great location and well presented but Arianna makes it 5 star to me. She can not do enough for you and always has a smile .

Cons: It would be an advantage if it had a restaurant for an evening meal however Arianna told us where to go

Terrassa Confort Hotel

Pros: Comfortable room with everything you would need for a short break.

Cons: 3 mornings out of 4, there were no eggs available for breakfast. Absolutely ridiculous. Plus the bacon was barely cooked.

Pleasant hotel

Pros: Handy for a 1 night stop on the way south. The staff were very helpful. Twin room was quite big and clean. Also has secure underground parking all be it at additional cost .

Cons: Would have liked a kettle in the room but not a deal breaker. Whilst there was plenty of choice for breakfast the hot buffet was cold. We had a room that had an interconnecting door and could hear our neighbours very early alarm call so avoid if possible. Having said all that would not put me off stopping there again

Pros: We had a wonderful night at this hotel! We booked two rooms and everything was exactly as expected. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Our children really enjoyed their time there, which made the trip even more special.

Lovely hotel, very clean. Great staff.

Pros: Really friendly staff, the receptionist was from Venezuela, she spoke perfect English and was so helpful. We got the train in to Barcelona and had a lovely afternoon, we got an Uber back from Barcelona for 31 euro. Excellent value hotel

Cons: The hotel is on a dual carriageway, we had our dog with us and there was nowhere to go to walk him.

Great stay

Pros: Hotel was modern and welcoming. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. Staff were extremely helpful, especially with allergies. Breakfast was good. Dogs were welcomed in all areas, including breakfast, which was fantastic.

Cons: Small problem with how to work the air conditioning. Slightly disappointing that when we reported the issue on checkout, staff were already aware it was confusing. Maybe this could be explained at check in or the stickers which cause the confusion modified. We could have asked at reception when we had issues, but it was late and we didn’t want to cause an issue (as we assumed it wasn’t working)
