Pros: Plenty of parking spaces and included in the booking. Facilities were decent, good beds, table and chairs to use laptop 💻, clean room and washroom. Good WiFi internet.
Cons: Half an hour drive from Barcelona. It's is near impossible to find parking in Barcelona, even paid parking.

Good value
Pros: Rather a strange location but it provided what I wanted which was an hotel close to the Montmelo circuit for the MotoGP races. There is plenty of free parking space and being within a controlled lorry park and industrial area it is fairly secure. Contrary to what some people have said, I found the staff members friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Soundproofing could definitely be better, if you have noisy neighbours you are certainly going to hear them.

Better than expected
Pros: The room was close to the highway and there was a parking available when we arrived. The room was clean We had a mini fridge in the room, contrary to what I've read in some of the other comments. There was an AC unit that we used and that actually worked (unlike some hotels which advertise it, only to find out that it's not working properly or at all).
Cons: The room was badly soundproofed, so we could hear noise from the outside like the noise of cars and especially from the terrace that was just under our window, 2 floors down. Luckily, we had brought earplugs, as I had read some of the previous guests' comments. Not a big negative, but for a 3 star hotel, I would've liked to have the mini bar stocked and also tea, coffee and a kettle available. Then again, there was a bar and restaurant downstairs with the kitchen open until 10:30PM.
