A comfortable, well‑located stay with responsive support, aside from an initial noise‑alert issue

Pros: The property was in a great location, with easy access to shops, bus stops, and a train station just an eight‑minute walk away. The apartment was clean, well‑kept, and had everything you’d expect in a comfortable home‑away‑from‑home. I also appreciated the team’s prompt responses, and the check‑in process was seamless—especially if you’re comfortable with using technology.

Cons: On my first night, I received several unexpected and unsettling noise‑related calls despite my apartment being completely quiet. It felt intrusive and raised concerns about privacy and the accuracy of the alert system. After reporting it, the team explained it was part of their internal procedure, and they later confirmed that staff had been instructed to handle such alerts more carefully, especially regarding my stay. I appreciated the prompt response and reiterated that I am a quiet, responsible guest. With their assurance of greater caution, I expressed my hope to enjoy the rest of my stay peacefully. This was handled and did not recur throughout my stay.

Pros: - balcony with a beautiful view - location (next to a bus station, store, coffee shop) - away from the city crowd (25min bus/car drive) - next to bunkers (amazing view) - phone app key - worked perfectly although it takes a bit of time to fill out the info while installing the app

Cons: - impossible to enjoy beautiful terrace during the morning/day because of the sun, no available sun umbrella - 3 toilet paper rolls for 3 people / 7 days - uncomfortable bed - apartment is smaller than it appears in photos - very very loud over the weekend (loud neighbours, impossible to sleep)

Pros: The apartment was very clean, spacious, equipped with iron and hairdryers, which we used every day, access to the apartment was very easy with the digital key app. We also liked the location of the apartment very much, 10 minutes walk from Park Güell, 5 minutes from the bus stop, there are shops everywhere, including a 24/7 store, which is 6-7 minutes walk away.

Pros: Wrong address on booking.com, too many apps to download, too much info to give prior to gettign then keys, faulty app. It was super stressful. Worse exeperience ever.

If we are ever in Barcelona again we will definitely stay here.

Pros: The location is excellent right next to Güell Park, close to cafes, shops, market. In a radius of 300 metres bus and metro stops. The apartment has a large terrace overlooking the city. Very clean.

Cons: The furniture is a little worn. Update bed linen and towels. The overall mood and comfort was not spoilt.
