Perfect stay for families

Pros: Best quality-price ratio, the staff was super friendly and helpful every time. We traveled with our small daughter and they were always happy to help, and even gave us a glass of milk every night for her. Definitely we will consider to come back

Hotel worth money

Pros: The property is worth of money if it’s ok for you to stay a bit far from Barcelona center. The staff was really helpful and friendly.it has free parking

Cons: The faucet was stuck in both rooms we took,but the staff figured out our problem.

Excellent (apart from parking)

Pros: The hotel is in a very nice area, easy to get to by car and only about 20 minutes from the center of Barcelona. Very clean, good room service and a nice breakfast.

Cons: Parking! One of the reasons we booked was the free parking only to find out we can't enter the garage because of our car's low height. We were told we are the first ones with such an issue even tho there are visible scratches on the ground on the garage entry from other cars. Staff didn't really offer a solution but we were able to park in the 2 available outside spaces as the hotel wasn't really full at the time of our stay.

Over all lovely hotel.

Pros: There was everything you needed for over night stay. On our arrival staff was really welcoming and kind.

Cons: Morning staff member at the reception desk was very disappointing. Very poor customer service skills, was sitting on the chair with legs up, no eye contact, absolutely unacceptable manner.
