Pros: The staff is excellent, always attentive and willing to help with whatever you want, very friendly above all.

Cons: The mattress was extremely hard! I couldn't rest comfortably.

Pros: The hotel staff is very approachable and kind. They are doing their best to reach out to us when we have a request.

Cons: The leak on the ceiling on first comfort room The breakfast is don't have a variety foods and it's always the same even though like that the breakfast staff is very attentive to fill up the food.

Pros: Clean and good location. Liked Mataro very much and so easy to get into Barcelona as the express bus stop is about 25 metres away. EUR4.90 for a 40 minute journey.

Stay at this hotel - it is better than the reviews!

Pros: I was so surprised by this hotel as the reviews previously had given it quite low scores. We found it so welcoming, the room was a good size, it was quiet and clean. The reception staff were so helpful.

Cons: We had a fire alarm in the night that proved to be a false alarm! The staff dealt with the issue very efficiently and calmly.

I would definitely recommend this place to stay the room first floor 120 room? By the lift !

Pros: Location it's quite good for eating out visit local amenities and using transports all within 10 minutes! But it seems that rubbish collectors at mid night it's so noisy it's a pain!..I meant to go to the town Hall(ayuntamiento) and place a complain as why can't they collect during the day!!...but is not the hotel fault !!

Cons: I like the room bright and airy, not so much the picture of machinery on the wall hardly inspiring when you take time off to be with family and friends and you get back to the room with those wheels nuts snd bolts on the wall!! Mostly I liked the bathroom! And I like the fact that its clean and when coming back it's all dust free and nice ! And the bed it's do comfortably and good for sleeping well with superb crisp clean bed linen!! I loved that!

Pros: The room was very big and clean, with pretty view to green inner courtyard. Beds were big and comfortable. Staff was polite and everything worked well.

Nice clean cozy room.

Pros: There is an extra door between the hall and the room. It gave a nice sense of privacy and made the room quiet.

Cons: No water kettle I.n the room. The restaurant (lunch) was very bad.

Pros: Nice location, air conditioning, parking in basement and not to far from the beach.

Cons: Air conditioner was leaking into one of the bathrooms, this had probably been going on for awhile since ceiling and floor was stained. Wish they informed us about this in advance
