Pros: The cleanliness of the rooms was immaculate and the restaurant was excellent. To find music playing in the bar on arrival was a boon

I had a lovely relxaing stay even if it was a short stay. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Pros: I liked how clean it was, spacious, the facilities and the bar and restaurant outside/attached to it.

Everything was perfect.

Pros: Everything was perfect, particularly the staff. Front desk helped me whenever I needed and housekeeping was super fast to give me back a charger I had left in the room - I was checking out and the lady was extremely efficient. Big kudos to the team.

Cons: Nothing. Just one note to international travelers - Uber does not really work in this region. It’s better to talk to reception and arrange a taxi.

Pros: All was very good and exceeded my expectations. I've stayed at the hotel before.

Cons: All was good with the hotel. I wish I could say the same about the train system - very unreliable. Kept stopping one stop before the hotel and having to change trains. Not ideal when travelling at night.

Good stop-over

Pros: Very pleasant staff. Pleased to be given paper information about meal times, wi-fi code etc. When we arrived. Room fine and dinner exceptionally good. We were able to park on a nearby street. We stayed for just one night on our way further south. Will remember this fir another time.

Very comfortable, and would stay again

Pros: We booked the room then added the breakfast and dinners as required. Very friendly staff, all areas clean and comfortable.

Cons: The parking was quite expensive at 15€ per day. Would have liked a bit more choice on the dinner menu. No tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Pros: Clean hotel. Reception staffs speak in English. Good variety for breakfast. Our special dietary requirements were kept for us.

Cons: The room was not provided with Kettles, tea or coffee facilities. Also, iron board not kept. When asked for kettles, the staff said it is not mandatory and didn't offer to provide one. One of the room keys not working. Need to activate multiple times.
