Beach location, helpful staff and close to restaurants.

Pros: Nice beach location close to restaurants, cafes and a few shops. My room was comfortable for just me and was clean.

Wonderful long weekend stay at Hotel Playfels

Pros: Property was wonderful. We had a sea view room with a terrace. It was great for a 3 night stay and it was amazing waking up and looking out over the beach and sea, the partial sunrise oh and the unexpected thunder & lightening storm one afternoon/evening. The terrace is also great for people watching. The pool and outside area was tip top, as was the breakfast. Staff were also extremely helpful and friendly

Nice location right on the beach, nice & helpful staff.

Pros: Room was a decent size. Big balcony, although too hot to sit there for too long. Nice capsule coffee machine. Iron & board in the room. Decent wardrobe space, nice bathroom. Massive bed. Nice AC. Mini-bar. Complementary water though.

Cons: Shower leaked lots of water, even with the door completely shut. No shaver socket in the bathroom. Breakfast was OK: not much variety of hot food.

Great hotel, lovely staff, rooms could do with better insulation

Pros: Beautiful hotel, lovely room with amazing view. Very friendly staff.

Cons: The room wasn’t very well insulated, so we could hear the couple next door.

Good value hotel, in a good location.

Pros: Friendly staff and a good beachfront location. Lovely corner room with 2 balconies. There was lots of fireworks and music due to the San Juan festival, but staff warned us and it was fun.

Cons: The tea and coffee was not replaced during our stay. No big deal though.

Pros: I really like the location right on the beach and within walking distance of many good restaurants

Cons: The hotel were hosting a conference…. A group of Norwegian people … They were very drunk / noisy day and night … Obviously not the fault of the hotel
