Hotel Mitus

Perfect for enjoying the clean, sandy beaches of the Costa Maresme, this charming, small hotel looks out over the Mediterranean Sea from its peaceful location in Canet de Mar. The Mitus is set in a typical Spanish building dating from the mid-19th century. It allows you to relax with breakfast in its private garden before a day in the sunshine on the nearby beach, just 50 metres away. Return each evening to enjoy the tasty Mediterranean dishes served in the restaurant before sitting back with a drink in the garden. Look out over the hotel’s surroundings from the balcony of your own room. Each room comes with an en suite bathroom and climate control, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. For a pleasant daytrip, take the train from the nearby station down the coast to Barcelona. The hotel’s privileged location means you can easily visit this bustling, vibrant city whilst staying in peaceful, relaxing surroundings.

Charming hotel. Small with homely vibe.

Pros: This charming little hotel was well positioned for town and beach. Room basic but totally adequate. Smiley breakfast staff. Hot food was cooked to order, so hot and fresh.

Cons: Couldn't fault the hotel.

An ideal place for a beach holiday

Pros: The hotel is ideally situated two minutes away from the public (clean and sandy) beach. The staff is very nice and we had a great time in and around the hotel. We certainly will come back.
