Great

Pros: Everything was amazing, the room was big, very comfortable. Very friendly staff. 10/10

Cons: There was no room service while we stayed. Nobody came to clean the room or refill any tea bags or coffee. No towels were changed or anything. Only one set of towels even though the room was booked as a double for 2 people. There were some dirty spots in the toilet as well.

Ideal location for the business district, great breakfast, a good gym, and a pleasant, helpful staff

Pros: The breakfast was rich and very good, the gym was satisfying, and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons: The location is ideal, especially for anyone visiting the business district. The room, however, was not always thoroughly cleaned — for example, used cups and spoons were not replaced.

Comfortable, welcoming, smart

Pros: Very light and airy. Very welcoming staff on reception. Good breakfast, in a very nice room, lovely friendly staff in the restaurant. Great to have a twin room with enough room to separate the beds. Had a great evening meal in the restaurant - our only surprise was that more people weren't eating there, because the food was excellent.
