Excellent - Great staff, Great location

Pros: Very warm and friendly welcome by Julian on arrival. Location was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. We were on 6th floor on a Friday evening and the room was quiet (I'm a very light sleeper so this is really important for me). Other staff we met were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at this hotel again

Pros: All the service staff are very friendly and thoughtful. The room is comfortable and tidy. No extra charge. There is also a small bar on the ground floor.

Cons: It’d be better if still water could be added to the room every day.

Lovely Boutique hotel

Pros: A lovely little boutique hotel with a warm, cosy atmosphere. The staff were absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcome. If I return to Barcelona, I’ll 100% be rebooking 😊

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was central. The lobby was a great first impression the room was comfortable for one night. I wouldn't relish staying longer.

Cons: The hot elements of the breakfast were all cold. We were first in for breakfast at 7.30....no excuses for cold food.

Its an amazing hotel with create facilities and truely value for money! Definitely recommended.

Pros: The staff were really nice and polite. They also brought us room service which was amazing!

Cons: The only thing was that the neighbor was making noise everything they entered their room and I woke up 2 times.

Great value - yummy breakfast

Pros: Loved the quaint plants everywhere and the items to choose from at breakfast were fairly varied and of high quality. They give you a free mini bar and also I got a free room upgrade. Really friendly staff. Loved the decor downstairs. All very comfortable and a great location in the hub of Gracia. Lovely items in the room and shower, kettle, big bed.

Cons: The poor lady at breakfast was on her own fully and this meant a long wait for tables to be cleared and items replenished at the buffet. But she was very sweet and she made lots of effort. Just needed one or two extra staff

Pros: Perfect hotel with good location. Close to metro station. With one metro transfer it is possible to go to Airport in 50 minutes. There is pool on rooftop which was open in december.
