Pros: Place is in perfect place to reach La Rambla street, about 5-7min by walking. Street maybe not the sweetest place in world, but Bed was amazing, there was everything you can ask for a room to crash after a long day in Barca :) We didn't expect a lot, because price was low compared to other place, but it was very clean, comfy and even had a A/C!!! Very nice staff and I would definitely recommend this place!
Cons: Only stairs to get in

Pros: Small but had what was needed for few days stay. Clean room , cleaned everyday, everyday fresh towels. friendly and helpfull owner. Basically in the city center, 6mns walk from metro, buses, local market. 10 mins walk to La Rambla. Great communication with main attractions in the city.

Pros: The owners were very polite and welcoming. Close to everything
Cons: The room with no windows (room5) has very bad ventilation, the ac worked but there was a lot of moisture. Clothes were wet from just standing in closet.

Pros: The property was in a great location, 10 mins walk from La Rambla and La Boqueria Market. 2 mins walk from Sant Antoni metro station and Lidl. It was super clean and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. They even kept our bags after check out so we could go in the city because we had a late flight. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was big and always clean. They changed the towels daily and the wifi was decent. You could sleep with the door of the balcony open without too much noise from the street. The neighbourhood is not scary nor unsafe. We checked in at almost midnight and we faced no problems in the neighbourhood, not even during our stay when we came late at night in the hotel. Everything was awesome and we felt right at home. Also free water bottles were greatly appreciated when we checked in.

Pros: We stayed for 3 nights. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Location is alright if you're willing to commute by metro, however the neighbourhood is a little seedy. Overall quite enjoyable stay and good value for your money.
Cons: The toilet is very loud when running water

Location and host - big plus
Pros: Great location and friendly host. We stayed there only for one night and spent maybe 6 hours in the room but the beds were comfy, shower was clean and pressure was great. AC was veeery strong, in the heathweave of 40C it was a must though. Host even turned AC before we came so the room was chilled so we could rest. 10/10

Pros: Location is perfect, near city center, 5 minutes of walk. Building is safe, protected with code, reception is always open, we checked in late at night, without any problems. Our biggest surprise was how clean our room was. They changed our towels and took trash out every day, which is not the case in these types of accomodation anywere else. Girl who works there, Juana, is the nicest person ever, she was very helpful. After check out they let us leave our luggage in one room. Huge recommendation for this accomodation, great value for money, when I come again, this will be my choice.

Very nice persons, but located in an ugly and apparently unsafe area!
Pros: The personnel was very nice and good, and the comfort for the pension itself was perfect.
Cons: However, three issues with this pension: 1) no lift to access the second floor pension; 2) no breakfast available; 3) the biggest problem was the location, in a ugly area which look very unsafe! This is the reason why we will not go back to this place, despite the charmante owners
