Great location and staff marvelous

Pros: Best location, staff excellent, Alex and Jose: the must.

Cons: Maybe the indication of the hotel should be more visible outside.

Great little find for a reasonable cost.

Pros: Very central to supermarket and restaurants. The building had a lift. The staff were lovely and welcoming.

Cons: The little kitchen needed cleaning and replenished with coffee and tea. Bottled water given each day would have been nice. Rubbish bin needs to be emptied each day.

Pros: I loved the room and balcony. Initially hard to find ( didn’t realise it was in a shared building or that European lifts have doors before doors ) my fault ! but the room was spotless and the staff so lovely.

Great all round.

Pros: The location was amazing and all staff were very accommodating. It certainly had some quirkiness to it, but that only added to the experience. It was walkable to many attractions but a Metro station was only minutes away anyhow.

Cons: Nothing to add here.

Pros: Great location, very central. Clean and comfortable

Cons: Most of the staff was helpful except for one staff member who was quite unpleasant. After room service one day they moved my luggage and removed the bedside table so I asked if it could be put back into the room however the staff I encountered was very unfriendly. The lack of English didn't help but it was mostly his attitude that soured the experience.

Nice location

Pros: Location is very nice, the hosts of the hotel where nice and the room were ok. We had luck as we were very early for check in, but it was able to check in already.

Cons: It was a little bit difficult to find the hotel and within a few years it will be a little bit outdated.
