Pros: I don't understand the low ratings because for the price you will struggle to find cheaper / better especially with private bathroom. The area was good in the heart of Barcelona. There was a small problem with the keycard but they rectified it immediately so well done to the staff. I would recommend and I would stay again.

Cons: Check in instructions sent at or just before the check in time would of been good rather than me having to call. I would recommend changing the keycard system to simply just a key or code entry like the first two doors. An electric heater would have been nice it was quite cold.

Pros: The staff were very accommodating. Great location enjoyed our stay very much.

Cons: The room was definitely too small for 3 people even though there were beds for 4, glad there wasn't 4 of us.

Pros: Tina was good at communicating with me knowing I would be checking in late. The room was comfortable and clean and there was a/c which was great in the summer heat. There were kitchen fixtures if you wanted to prepare meals and fridge which was neat. Internet was good.

Everything amazing 🤍

Pros: Tina is really an amazing human being! she is wonderful! she REALLY takes care of you from the time you book until you leave the apartment. The room has all the facilities, its a small room but a perfect room. nothing was missing! If we come back to Barcelona, for sure we will stay again here! TACK :)

Convenien t for a short stay 2 or 3 dayss.

Pros: Convenient for a short stay, well located a commercial area, near the Joanic Metro Station and the bus station at the corner of Antoni Maria Claret street very convenient to go to the main spots. Small room but comfortably equipped.

Cons: The room is quite small and without exterior opening;. It is located on the first floor and there is a lift.

Tina, the best landlady in Barcelona

Pros: Tina, the landlady was very kind and helpful. She is such a wonderful person. She gives a very detailed information when you arrive, and replies to your questions each time with the same energy. The place has a very good location and kids loved the room.
