Great location and good value for money

Pros: The room was large and very comfortable with a separate seating area and coffee table. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, along with free water and biscuits, were a welcome addition. Everything was very clean, and the rooms were tastefully decorated. The bed and pillows were comfortable too. The location is the main attraction here. Just a few minutes from Placa Catalunya, La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter, you're also close to some amazing restaurants and bars, the bus for the airport, and the Metro.

Cons: The lobby area is very unwelcoming and tired and there is no proper reception area. This is different to when I last visited and I wonder if it is to do with the construction works on the outside of the building, lots of scaffolding, none of which was mentioned on booking. In the first floor rooms, you can feel vibrations from the metro, which runs underneath. One of the windows in our room leaked when it rained, but it would appear that this is being addressed by the construction workers who were on the scaffolding outside our window on Monday morning.

A nice place for a few days of travel.

Pros: The location was nice, it was exactly in the center. Like a 5 min walk from La Rambla and 20 from the beach. It was clean and spacious and the staff guy was very nice. If you want to stay in the busy central streets than I would recommend this hotel.

Cons: Only downside was that the walls weren’t as soundproof as claimed but that’s normal for a Hotel located next to the main street. So if loud noises bother you to sleep, don’t choose this hotel.

Excellent room, great location

Pros: Excellent location, spacious room and very comfortable bed

Excellent place to stay, very close to placa Catalunya, polite staff, every day our room was cleaned.

Pros: It was vey close to Plaça catalunya very central place. The property was cleaned every day!!

Cons: There wasn’t anything negative from our experience.

Pros: Location is right in the city centre , 200m from Catalunya. Clean appartment , fresh water (almost) every day. The lady who cleans the rooms is very nice.

Cons: The room we were in was absolutely too small for 4 adults. You could barely walk. No privacy at all. The price is also a bit high but i guess that˙s how it goes in Barcelona. The check-in can be a little chaotic.

Pros: The location is amazing, the staff is very helpful and polite

Cons: The condition of building. The walls of washroom were not clean and the shower was dirty

Good choice for a decent place with a fair price

Pros: Very central place; it is quite convenient. Extremely helpful staff finding solutions to your needs.

Cons: It is not a full hotel. And the place is a little noisy.

Pros: Great location between Plaça Catalunya and Plaça Universitat, with easy metro access. The room was comfortable, with nice touches like daily water and coffee with a biscuit. Cleaning could be a bit more attentive, but overall a very good stay – just check the arrival hours if coming late.
