Pros: Good location, close to metro, close to beach, very forthcomming owner. Close to a grocery store. Easy to reach by car.

Cons: Industrial zone nearby (direction Badalona), occasionally unpleasant smell comming from there (depending on wind direction), but this was not a big issue for a short term stay. The positives significantly prevail.

Pros: The apartment we stayed in was well-equipped and comfortable. Despite the external factors, the quality and condition of the apartment itself were beyond reproach, and the service provided was both professional and welcoming.

Cons: The location of the apartment is situated in a less favorable region of Barcelona for tourists.

Pros: The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The apartment was clean and bright.

Cons: There were no tablets for the dishwasher. There was only one set of keys.

Overall a comfortable and good stay for a family to visit Barcelona.

Pros: Quiet neighbourhood and good sized apartment for a 5 persons family. Good coffee place and small supermarket just around the corner. Easy access to tram and walk to metro and with that to the city. Nearby beach access.

Cons: Living room sofa/ couch arrangement was not as shown in the pictures and did not give all of us space. The kitchen was missing a toaster, also shown in the pictures. Some dishwasher tablets and kitchen towel would have been helpful.

Interesting!

Pros: Compleet appartement met goede airco. Bereikbaarheid Barcelona met tram, metro en bus is prima. Strand op 400m. Je moet er even aan wennen😀

Cons: Aan de locatie moet je wennen. Geen standaard toeristische plek. De wijk is enerzijds levenloos en wat verder op armoedig. Uitzicht op fabriekscomplex is apart maar niet storend. Nabije luxe haven met 5 sterrenhotel wil maar niet tot leven komen.

Krásný prodloužený víkend v Barceloně

Pros: Velmi hezký byt, čisto, pohodlné postele, voňavé povlečení, osušky, ručníky. Perfektně vybavená kuchyň, vše potřebné v bytě, navíc káva, čaj, cukr. Myčka, toustovač, trouba, rychlovarná konvice, varná deska, kávovar, nádobí, pračka, sušička, dva fény ve dvou koupelnách, sprchový gel, šampon, toaletní papír. Krásný balkón s posezením. Přezůvky. Nic nechybělo. Obchod do 24:00 hodin 100 m od bytu. Byli jsme moc spokojeni.

Cons: Nemohu nic vytknout.

Pros: Appartement bien desservi par les transports en commun. Très ensoleillé le matin. Petit coin lecture avec méridienne très agréable. Conforme au plan fourni. Parfait pour une famille de 5.

Cons: Le nouveau canapé avait un look sympa mais manquait de confort.
