Great place for city trip, or work trip visiting FIRA de Barclona (gran via)

Pros: The place was clean, modern and recently renovated. Offered heating in all the rooms so it was possible to make the place really cozy for the evenings, the smart locks at the entrance and for the room are great! No need to remember keys or share them with your partner, at the checkout we were looking for luggage lockers around the city since our flight was at 22:00, but turns out you can leave them at their office free of charge and it was very secure and profesional, with bag tags, and writing down the time for collection. Location was great for us, 22 mins door to door to get to Fira de Barcelona, or a nice 30 mins walk. Small details that we loved, was the little paper bag with mini olive oil, vinegar, sugar salt and pepper, just such a small detail but very sweet! Will definitely book this place for the next barcelona work trips as it was just perfect!

Cons: You can hear quite clearly when the neighbor upstairs uses the bathroom, the drainage is outside the building with out sound isolation so it is quite loud, but nothing that you probably wouldn't have somewhere else, its just since we had very bad rain and storm days in the south of Spain so we were quite sensitive to the sound of water and rain.

Pros: The apartment was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. We felt safe and the area around us had shops and cafes. The shower was good and powerful and all the appliances in the kitchen were of a high standard.

Cons: The living room was really dark as it had no windows. We had to put the lights on even in the middle of the day and even then the room was dark - we prefer to stay somewhere with more natural light We didn't like that there was nowhere within the premises to store our luggage on the day of departure.

Pros: Great set up for a refresh before we headed on the second half of our Spanish holiday. Plenty of space. Convenient to the Metro, Badal station on the blue line. Really appreciated the little welcome pack.

Cons: The pillows. Pretty funny when that's the only fault you can think of.

The property met my expectations and then some, it was a perfect choice for our anniversary.

Pros: The location was well connected with multiple transport links, fairly close to the cities typical tourist spots. The washing machine, dryer and dish washer were surprising amenities but these are probable a standard for short stay rentals that differs from a hotel.

Cons: The A/C unit worked perfectly but the thermostat controls on the wall were potentially damaged due to being pressed to hard over time making the buttons more difficult to use. The exact same thing can be said about the TV remote control, some buttons were more difficult to use than others for potentially the same reason as the thermostat.

Amazing and relaxing

Pros: It was a spacious, clean property with modern amenities. Very well connected by metro and bus along with good neighbourhood

Cons: Not broad enough stairs.

Would stay again

Pros: Clean and tidy. Has everything you need. Train station close by that takes you to all the local attractions.

Cons: The cooking utensils could be better. Had to flip an omelette with a big spoon but other than that was really nice place.

Good stay!

Pros: Clean apartment. Kitchen setup was good. Balcony with a view and dinner table setup.

Cons: Lift/Elevator was not working and we weren't informed about this prior. We tried reaching out to the staff enquiring the same but the response came on the checkout day. This was a disappointing experience as climbing close to 7 floors after scorching heat isnt something anyone would enjoy during a vacation. A little heads-up would have been better!

Pros: The apartment was very well equipped – it had everything you need for a comfortable stay: toaster, microwave, oven, stove, cookware and utensils, towels, washing machine and dryer, and a dishwasher. We also appreciated the welcome package with coffee, tea, and cleaning supplies. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and all appliances were in good working order. The apartment is spacious and filled with natural light, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Cons: The only thing not mentioned in the listing was the 200€ deposit we had to pay during the online check-in. The surroundings were a bit noisy at night (traffic, loud passers-by), but otherwise the location was convenient and close to everything.

Good value for money, great also for longer stays

Pros: Spacious, good amenities (washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron, dish washer, etc.). Decent price for Barcelona (but still expensive). Good location, not too far from the airport and the centre. Chairs were very squeaky, TV is quite small

Cons: Could include a few more essentials - laundry detergent, salt for cooking, a pot (only pans available) Should be communicated before booking, that a deposit of 200€ is required. When communicating this only after the reservation, it seems like a scam. Everything worked out fine though, as well as the refund of the deposit.

Would recommend it but air conditioning has to be solved

Pros: Even though is very small apartment, it is very clean, comfy and new. App is 10 minutes away from Barcelona but everything is connected with metro or bus so the location is no problem. It is nice area with everything needed around.

Cons: One thing that is really bad about the apartment is air conditioner. This is a big problem if you are visiting in the summer time because its really hot in apartment. Air conditioner is “working” but it is conditioned to shut down in about 1,5-2h after you turn it on so you constantly have to turn it on again. And even when it is on it doesnt cool the entire space.
