Perfect

Pros: Comfortable and clean apartment, kind and responsive hosts, convenient transport connections (metro station in a few minutes walking distance). Everything was perfect!

March stay

Pros: Good location as it was easy to access public transport, coffee shops and restaurants. Flat was clean and had the necessities for a couple of days stay. Even though there was no coffee, we had clean towels, shampoo, toilet paper and hand soap.

Cons: I was disappointed with the communication as we arrived at 8pm and, even though we could have checked in from 3pm, we didn't have the codes required to enter the flat (as promised on a previous email) and the owner wasn't answering his telephone and we were forced to wait on the pavement for over 30 minutes until he eventually sent the text with the codes. He also got the checkout date mixed up and gave us a few minutes of anxiety until everything was clarified. Overall, it felt very cold and unwelcoming, but I can not know what previous experience he had with other guests to make him be like that.

Pros: 位置很好，走路十分钟左右到地铁站，去圣家堂、巴特罗之家和米拉之家非常方便。公寓准确地址记得看房东发的信息。房间在四楼需要爬楼梯。公寓干净整洁，厨房用具齐全，欢迎巧克力很好吃。我们连住三晚，去哪里都方便。

Appart sympa et facile d'accès

Pros: Appartement propre et fonctionnel facile d'accès depuis ligne 3, 5 ou 1. Parking pas trop chère conseillé par le propriétaire avec qui les échanges ont été simples, efficaces et très cordiaux.

Cons: la salle de bain est minuscule et contiennent les WC. Ça peut être gênant quand on est plusieurs. Pas de volets ou rideaux occultants il fait donc jour très tôt dans les chambres (le salon quant à lui est un peu sombre)

Pros: Ανετο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα σε ήσυχη και ασφαλη περιοχή,10 λεπτα απο το μετρο. Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι βρίσκεται στον 4ο όροφο χωρίς ανσασερ.

Muy agradable

Pros: El apartamento está muy completo, muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. Además, está bien muy bien comunicado con el centro de Barcelona y con el aerpuerto. Juan está muy pendiente y te ayuda en todo lo que necesitas así que, sin duda, es todo positivo.
