Spacious, recently renovated appartment

Pros: A very friendly owner waited for us, showed us the facilites and gave information about the city. The apartment is spacious, renovated and clean.

Cons: You can hear the noise (e.g. steps) from the apartment above and from the street.

Pros: A large apartment with three bedrooms was nicely equipped. In the neighborhood you can find several grocery stores, bakeries, etc. Subway is in walking distance. Also our kids enjoyed nearby playgrounds. It was a very pleasant stay.

Cons: Some evenings were a little bit noisy, probably because of the weekend and some celebrations. Also you could hear traffic, but that wasn't that much disruptive.

Pros: The apartment was very nice and clean. We felt like home on our trip. The communication with the owner was very smooth and it was very helpful with all of our problems and concerns. We really recommend this apartment and if we’ll be back in Barcelona we will definitely book it again.

Pros: Clean, highly equipped, nice host. Good location if coming to the Fira

Cons: The price for adding more people.. This is a large apartment for many people, which is dedicated for business coming to Fira. It is normal that the amount of employees will change till the last minute, and it OK to ask for more money for additional people, but here the addion want with proportion to the original cost

Pros: Gostamos de tudo, apartamento espaçoso, reformado, confortável. A Olga dona do apartamento foi incrível, gentil, atenciosa e super solicita em tudo.

Cons: Estavámos em 8 pessoas, faltou só mais um banheiro, mas foi só um detalhe, que não atrapalhou a estadia.
