Topdown Apartments

Pros: Very good accommodation in an excellent location. Near all transport, shopping very close by. Contact with the owner was fast and efficient. The apartment was clean , quiet and very comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.

Pros: this was the easiest check-in I experienced in past years the apartment itself is clean, nice, new and in good walk distance from Fira communication with owner is super smooth and you receive all the neccessary informations at one step

Convenient and well maintained.

Pros: The location is perfect if you are planning to attend a convention at Fira. It was also really close to the shopping mall which had a massive super market. It was all with codes, and really easy to access.

Cons: A little surprised that the elevator opens right into the flat, but it was kind of cool at the same time.

We felt very comfortable, the apartment was clean and tidy, perfect for sightseeing

Cons: In the apartment at the very top sounds carry easily, especially in the bathroom you can hear everything that is happening in the staircase

Pros: The apartment was clean,bright and spotless. It's in a great location. It takes about 20 min from the airport bus bus 46 to get there. The communication with the owner was amazing throughout What's up. He was very helpful. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Convenient place to stay in Barcelona

Pros: Conveniently located, the place was clean and communication from the host was amazing.

Cons: Only thing to be aware of is the key pad which is also black and at nights it can be a challenge. This is buildings fault and nothing the host can do.

Overall good stay that could be better

Pros: Decent property with good furnishing. Comfortable space for three people

Cons: I stayed on the top floor. So all the feedback is for the top floor. 1. It’s noisy when it rains. One of us is a light sleeper and woke up in the middle of the night when it rained. The roof is not concrete and it was loud. 2. The stools are flimsy for heavy people. For elderly and obese people it would be difficult to sit on the tables and chairs provided. 3. There was no proper wardrobe. For the price I paid, I’d expect a decent place to hang my clothes. 4. The entry to the apartment after the exit from the lift is a steep step. Not easy for the elderly or obese people 5. A refundable deposit of 100 EUR was taken and refunded. Well I’d not complain about it, but I had to make two transactions -one for the room charges and another for the security deposit.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and cozy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great location and a friendly host — we would be happy to stay here again.

Pros: Very easy check-in process in case of entering the apartment during the night.

Pros: The check-in and check-out were very easy. The location is excellent and the place was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay there for one week. Communication with the host (Francisco) was easy and fast. During our stay, we were unlucky to have very loud neighbors. Even though partying was prohibited, for a few nights the neighbour talked loud and played loud music at 2 or 3 am in the morning. We have knocked on the door to ask them to turn down the music, but that did not help. Eventually I messaged the host one night at 1 am to ask for help. Francisco took immediate action to help us resolve the issue at 1:30 am, so that the neighbour finally stopped making noise and we could fall asleep. The host also followed up the next day to make sure that we were no longer bothered. We were very grateful for this.

Cons: This is not something that be improved in the short-term, but it would have been nicer if the walls/doors/elevator doors were thicker, so that the room can be more soundproof. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend the place.
