Pros: The location is the best for working in Fira. Huge apartment, separate rooms, comfortable kitchen and bathroom.

Cons: Only 2 bedrooms have a window to the open air. Another two bedrooms are looking into a ventilation shaft that vents all the kitchens and toilets in the house. So, sleeping in these rooms wasn't very comfortable because they weren't very airy. Only one bathroom for 4 people, it is a huge minus. The owner didn't provide the invoice, despite it being listed on booking.com as an option. Which is too bad for the business trip and reimbursements.

Good place to stay for those attending conferences at Fira Gran Via.

Pros: Good place to stay for those attending conferences at Fira Gran Via , it is a simple, but clean apartament equipped with everything you need - it is true I did not need a lot beeing the whole day in conference and meetings, but I found the place super functional. There is also a balcony facing the street (protected by windows that you can open). In the same building there is a small supermarket open till 11 pm, heaven for those working late. Quite content. The price was a bite high because of the conference, but probably is not always like this,

Convenient flat for our purpose

Pros: Location was very good for our purpose as we selected this place for close proximity to Fira Barcelona. It's only a 10 minute walk from the exhibition centre.

Cons: 2 of the bedrooms don't have a direct opening to outside
