very good stay. I will chose this appartment again for sure.

Pros: The appartment is well located (I had to go to the Fira). It is very well equiped and nicely decorated. It is quiet. The host is very helpful on whatsapp and by phone. I appreciated as I had no battery anymore when I was looking for the building. Last but not least I forgot my phone and they sent it back to me in France.

Cons: A suggestion: the area is not easy to understand even with maps and people you meet in the street don't know the place. It would be good to have a map with the building indicated on it.

A quiet and comfortable apartment close to the main exhibition centre

Pros: It is a well equipped apartment situated within 5 minutes easy walk from the exhibition halls. There are places to eat breakfast/dinner within a few metres of the block. Its easy to access from the airport.

Cons: At night in the dark, it was a bit challenging to find the block name/number as the names of the blocks are not well illuminated.

Convenient for family and who needs the place calm and relaxing.

Pros: Near of the metro and big malls which are open untill 9pm.also mcdonald and restaurant in case you arrive a little bit late.Only one line metro from the airport and 2 line metro from the train station Barcelona- Sants. The apartment is enough space for 4 persons also have the elevator.Calm and comfortable.The view from the terrace is 180°views when the sunshine comes out the view is so magnifique.

Cons: I suggest the property manager should kindly reforms the details of how to check-in because if any guests who didn’t understand well the English language could be confuse with the details.

I would definitely stay there again — it was a comfortable and well-equipped place.

Pros: The location is excellent! Very close to everything I needed during my business trip: convention center, commercial center, public transport, restaurants. Moreover, the property is new, modern and fully equipped. And the host was always just one message away, very responsive and helpful.

Cons: For the rate I paid, it would have been nice not to have to wash the dishes before leaving, especially since there’s a dishwasher in the apartment. Providing dishwasher soap would have easily solved this.

Centrally located, clean and convenient. Friendly helpful staff as well, and always reachable via their contact numbers.

Pros: Only 200m to Fira Gran Via exhibition center, so for my work at the exhibition, excellent location. Ideally placed close to Gran Via 2 mall and very close to tourist locations in Barcelona.

Pros: The code didn't work initially and I ended up calling property owner for assistance. If you are coming after 6:30 PM, property owner is not available to speak, which may lead to difficulty in accessing the property.

Cons: Place is suitable for 2 personal + a younger child but a bit tight for a family with younger children.

Perfect stay in Barcelona

Pros: It was an amazing stay, the place was super clean and much better than in the pictures. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a full week stay. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, we had very good internet and amenities to wash and dry our clothes. The location was also perfect, with the Gran Via 2 shopping mall literally 2 minutes away by walk, so you have access to great stores and a gigantic Carrefour with everything you might need. The bus stop and metro stop were also right in front of the door, making centre of Barcelona accesible in 20 minutes. I would definitely come again and couldnt recommend enough.

Cons: Our check in wasnt super smooth, but everything was sorted in the end. Thank you to everyone involved.

Perfect for couples and small groups who don’t mind a taxi in and out of the centre

Pros: Clean modern comfortable lovely balcony perfect for doing the hyrox as it was only 15 mins walk away really great quality cafes right outside the door and at the shopping centre and small convenience shop across the main road only about €18/€25 for a taxi to the centre using FREENOW

Cons: Make sure you ask the correct building number as there are 3 that look the same

9.5/10 , perfect for sightseeing holiday.

Pros: Great location close to metro or supermarket, sufficient kitchen equipment, immediate response and communication with provider via whatsapp, comfortable sleeping even on the sofa.

Cons: Everything fine, there was noise from the hallway only.

Great value for the money

Pros: Good location, metro and bus stops 3 minutes away, a mall 5 minutes away. Clean, all you need in the kitchen, good communication with the host.

Cons: The bathroom has access only from the dorm room. So it's not that comfortable for people sleeping in the living room. The fridge was noisy and the washing machine did not start, but I guess these are temporary issues. Everything else was great.
