Pros: I loved how close it was to the airport and to the train station. I quite liked that is was not too far from the city centre, so it isn't too loud and you can enjoy your surroundings a bit more. Everyone was very helpful and kind during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very good location and standard of apartment
Pros: Cleanless Facilities Friendly staff Location - nearby to subway which takes you within 20min to city centre Grocery shop 2min walk We could leave our bags before check in and after check out which was very helpful
Cons: Kitchen had an oven, fridge and microwave and hobs but there was no any thing to cook for on,no bigger knifes to slice, no spices,no oil so all only for microwave/oven quick food prepare. To little as for self-catering apartment.

Excellent.
Pros: I had an excellent stay at the Hesperia Apartments in Barcelona! The apartment was spotless and had a lovely fragrance that made it feel welcoming. The receptionist from the Hyatt Hotel was incredibly helpful, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my visit. The location is fantastic, conveniently close to Mercadona for easy shopping. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be staying here again in the future! Highly recommend!
Cons: Just to be more clearer with the communication when doing the checking.

Lovely stay!
Pros: Very good apartment, well equipped and we opted for a terrace one and we enjoyed it. Good location and few restaurants nearby. There was complementary snacks, tea and coffee in the morning as well. Aircon running nicely so you don't get exhausted due to the weather. We had access to the Hyatt as well as the apartment was managed by same administration. You could use their facilities as well though we did not use. And we had access to lift as well. Toilet and kitchen were equipped with all basic stuff. Overall good experience and we would love to visit again!
Cons: Self checking was a disaster. As it didn't recognize our customer ID and we had to call the staff and go to Hyatt back and forth couple of times. It took more than an hour with a small and tired infant who was loosing patience and needed to be changed. Eventyally we checked in, went to the apartment and settled. But when we went out and returned, the key wasn't working. We tried calling the number for help but no answer. We eventually have to go to Hyatt physically again and they gave a new set of keys. Check in wasn't smooth as mentioned but It was a hassle. Anyway we were offered a complementary breakfast at Hyatt due to same. We would definitely recommend looking into the check-in system and make required changes to make it smooth and time saving. Customer service needs improvement as well.

Pros: The apartment was spacious with a great kitchenette, very comfortable bed and a television in the sitting room and the bedroom.
Cons: The fan in the bathroom was automatic and was running at times when nothing was happening in the bathroom. I'd like to have been able to control it when showering.

Pros: Apartment is at nice location with 400 meter Metro station to roam all over Barcelona, Below apartment there is huge supermarket for your daily needs..Fully furnished apartment suitable for family of 3 people
Cons: Very limited items in kitchen and refrigerator was very small and water was flowing from refrigerator and need to clean it by mop

Nice and modern place to stay, close to airport
Pros: Very modern, big and clean room that you can fully rest yourself. Free snack bar in the morning until 10am. The place is close to airport, and there is a big supermarket next to the apartment (open 9-21).
Cons: Although there is a metro station which is 5 min walk to the apartment, the place is little bit far away from the city centre if you want to go to bed quickly after a tired trip.
