Could have been better

Pros: Nice quiet area, Fabricio the receptionist was very helpful, the room was spacious enough for the 3 of us.

Cons: I felt for the price, the appartment was not very clean and it looked tired, if it had been cheaper this would not have bothered me so much but felt for the money we paid, its cleanliness and up keep let it down.

Pros: Great location in Gracia and well connected. Very quiet safe neighbourhood with plenty of bars, cafes and shops

Pros: The staff (Laura, the apartment manager) was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating of our needs. Gave us a talk about the Gràcia vicinity and Barcelona. Gave us a map and showed us what transport network was near. The apartment was literally walking distance to every activity: Sagrada familia was 15mins, Park Guell was 22mins, the bus stops 4 mins from the apartment on one side and within 3 to 7mins on other sides. We are adventurous so we walked to the Zoo, to Barceloneta, La Ramblas, Xocolata museum, and many places. We also took the tram and buses to these places to compare. The tour bus was also great, easy to book online and access near the Sagrada Família which was a short walk. Great apartment location. 👌

Pros: Perfect for family. Quite a big apartment with all the facilities. Very close from metro and bus stop. Walkable from Familia Sagrada.

Cons: Nothing as such. It met all our expectations.

Great flat in a great neighbourhood with a great customer service.

Pros: The property was lovely. Besides of being well located, and a nice flat, customer service was great. AC was put on for our arrival what made all the difference, as it was a sunny hot day on June.
