Pros: Very clean and exceptional location. Very simple check in process.

Comfortable stay for a family of 4, in a good location

Pros: Well located, clean, ideal for a family of 4 -5. Has a well equipped kitchen, with a refrigerator, micro wave, Induction stove, etc. Shops for buying essentials are near by. Friendly staff.

Pros: Location was good.There were some good supermarkets.

Cons: I paid 300 euros for some kind of law and its been 5 days since that payment and they haven’t returned it yet. I need that money for my trip as soon as possible(((

Pros: - Aircon, WiFi, coffee machine…. work perfectly. - Less than 10 mins walk to the metro station -Hand over of key worked very well

Cons: - Wall seems to be thin that one can hear quite some noise from upstairs or from water pipes in the sleeping room during the night - Sofa (bed) is not in good shape anymore and should be changed.

Would definitely consider staying again if in Barcelona.

Pros: The location was good. It has two bathrooms which made it easier to use with 5 people. Although on a busy street, the inside was very quiet.

Pros: Staff was very welcoming and check in was well organized. The apparent was conveniently located a few minutes away from the metro stop. The place had necessary cookingware, so we were able to cook breakfasts at home. Two bathrooms and showers made it more convenient for the family.

Cons: Some supplies were provided which is nice, but we stayed for a week and only had 2 dish washer soaps, so had to buy more ourselves. There was a coffee machine, but the gift bag included some instant coffee instead, so if we were to use the coffee machine we'd have to buy the coffee. These small details would be nice to improve.

Excellent séjour

Pros: Nous avons apprécié le contact facile avec l'équipe. L'appartement est très bien situé, près du métro et des commerces. Il est agréable et très bien équipé. On avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour. Les lits sont très confortables.

Cons: La douche manque un peu de pression. Nous n'avions pas de torchon pour la vaisselle. Mais rien de grave.

Pros: La zona molto carina, vicino alla metro, bar ristoranti e supermercati vicini.

Cons: Trovo eccessivo pagare 40€ per il check-in dopo le ore 20:00 per 10 minuti di consegna delle chiavi e firma dei documenti. 300€ di cauzione quando non c’è niente di così tanto di valore per quella cifra, Il pavimento era sporco , ho comunicato che non si chiudevano con la serratura le finestre e non ho avuto nessun riscontro.

Buen departamento para estancia personal y/o laboral

Pros: Departamento muy cómodo, bien amueblado, bien ubicado y limpio.

Cons: Que acordé de dejar mi equipaje más temprano por temas de trabajo y cuando llegué al sitio a hacerlo, tal como había confirmado unos minutos antes, no había nadie para recibirme y eso provocó que el evento laboral al que asistí llegara tarde y con mi maleta.
