Pros: Great location for us, being near the beach and away from the busier parts of the city but close enough to walk to the sights or get the metro. Apartment was a great size and worked very well for a family of 6. Was clean and had what we needed. Friendly keyholder when we arrived past midnight.
Cons: Mattress in main bedroom very well used, with a pronounced dip where people sleep. Window blinds did not work in middle bedroom. Electric socket to left of main bed has something stuck in it, and caused a shock when we tried to plug something in. Instructions for oven would have been useful. Noise from street quite loud, as was noise from other apartment on the Friday night when they had a party.

Stupendo
Pros: La vicinanza della struttura con discoteche, ristoranti, bar, market o centri commerciali è ottima, due appena fuori casa a neanche un minuto a piedi e uno a 2 minuti neanche, per quanto riguarda le discoteche, 10 minuti di distanza, la casa al nostro arrivo era pulita ed in ordine, forse se dovessi trovare un difetto sarebbe il numero degli asciugamani ma ci siamo arrangiati

presque parfait.
Pros: L'emplacement et l'appartement. La proximité de magasins d'alimentation. L'accueil et la visite par Oscar et sa compagne.
Cons: Le parking à 25€ la nuit. Le fauteuil clic clac à remplacer, inconfortable même pour s'asseoir. Le grille pain est HS. Attention pour sortir du parking il faut la télécommande. Les volets du salon et d'une des chambres sont HS, impossible de fermer. Pour ce prix les prestations devraient être à la hauteur. Mobilier vintage à renouveler.

Pros: Siamo stati molto bene. Eravamo in 7 e ci muovevamo per gare sportive. Appartamento super, vicino alla metro, zona splendida, facile organizzarsi con i pasti. L'unica pecca i vicini: alle 10 pm non potevamo nemmeno parlare sotto voce o organizzarci con le sacche o il pranzo per il giorno dopo
Cons: i vicini, davvero intollerabili ai minimi rumori. dal loro appartamento però ne arrivavano parecchi a tutte le ore della notte.

Jobshadowing week in Barcelona
Pros: Posizione ottima. Eravamo in 7 e siamo stati bene. A10 minuti a piedi passa la linea gialla della metro. Davanti a casa ci sono fermare di diversi autobus. Di fianco e di fronte al portone d'ingresso ci sono 4 negozi alimentari e a circa 400 mt c'è un grosso supermercato. La spiaggia è ancora 450 MT dalla casa e si raggiunge in 5 minuti a piedi. La casa ha 3 stanze doppie di cui una con bagno con doccia. Un altro bagno con doccia è disponibile per le altre stanze. C'è un tavolo enorme e 2 divano letti. La cucina è funzionante con frigo, forno, microonde, tostapane, bollitore e cucina elettrica. C'è un balcone con tavolino, stenditoio e lavatrice. Ci sono anche 2 vaschette per lavare a mano se necessario.
Cons: Alcuni elettrodomestici non funzionavano bene ma il proprietario ha prontamente risposto ogni volta che l'abbiano contattato ed ha velocemente risolto le difficoltà.

Pros: Die Lage und die Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war sehr gut. Der Strand befand sich 2 Parallel Straßen weiter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf (Supermarkt) befanden sich direkt neben an. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und man konnte sich gut aufhalten ohne sich auf die Füße zu treten. Es befand sich in einer ruhigen Familienfreundlichen Lage.
Cons: Leider waren die Küchenutensilien nicht sauber, die Schränke waren mit Flecken behaftet. Man bekam nur 2 Tabs für den Aufenthalt für die Spülmaschine, die wir für die Säuberung der täglich genutzten Geschirr direkt verwendet haben. Später mussten wir selber Tabs kaufen. Im Bad unter dem Waschbecken befanden sich noch Haare von den Gästen die vor unserer Wohnung waren. Die Betten waren leider durchgenutzt vor allem die Matratze im Schlafzimmer sollte dringend ausgewechselt werden weil es durchgedrückt ist.

Pros: Fantastiskt läge - lugnt och tryggt perfekt så att vi kunde låta våra tonåringar gå ut själva. Många restauranger och nära till stranden. Bra med buss H16 precis utanför, lätt att ta sig runt
Cons: Svårt att få svalt i sovrummen. Air Conditioner fungerade, men verkade lite utsliten. Lite snålt att bara skicka med två disktabletter när vi var en familj om fyra som stannade en hel vecka.

It is decent, but easily could get better.
Pros: The apartment was on very good location, Beach is close, center of city is close. Parking house and grocery shops are close. Zoo is 15-20 min. walk. Heating system worked well.
Cons: It could use little refreshing.... bed room windows need window seals - everything that happened on the street was heard inside like windows were open...

Vale la pena tornare e tornerò
Pros: Tutto ok, 3 camere doppie delle quali una con il bagno in camera… Il secondo bagno , un bel salone per stare insieme, la posizione a 2 passi dal mare e dalla passeggiata olimpica.
