Lets Holidays Apartment Sea Views in Barcelona

Pros: Professional, meticulous, considerate, and satisfactory.

Great location.

Pros: Wonderful location. Sunny balcony. Lovely useful kitchen and spacious enough for three. We really enjoyed the property itself.

Cons: The moment we booked, the property started demanding payments / flights / guest names / ages. It was relentless and very uncomfortable. The joy of booking.com is that you leave your card and it’s all stress free. This was really invasive and exhausting. Such a shame as the flat itself was terrific and delightful.

Perfect place for enjoying the beach and walking the town.

Pros: Very nice view, super bright condo, gets sunshine dawn to dusk. Two baths, separate kitchen, well equipped, many coffee making options, very nice living room, ample storage. Separated beds for the kids. Perfect for a family of 4. Supermarket 1 minute away, the beach is maybe 2 minutes. The one we liked with the biggest waves was 5 minutes walking. Parking garage for the rental car is super important, for me parking in Barcelona would have been impossible. The location is exceptionally good for enjoying the beach and getting the recommended distance from the super croweded center.

Cons: The noise from the street (ambulances, motorbikes) woke us up every morning. The apartement needs a bit more maintenance, the kitchen drawers are rubbing, the bathroom door has a really loud crack to it, the coffee table in the living room is really wobbly. Bring your own tools to fix these if you can, nothing a screwdriver and an adjustable wrench could not fix, but thats not allowed on planes:)

Pros: Nice apartment with a beautiful view to the port and ocean. Very nice host. Good location for combining city trip with beach evenings!

Pros: “We spent an unforgettable 7 days in these apartments in Barcelona. They are located in a fantastic spot right on the seafront, just 300 meters from the beach, and not far from the city center. The apartment is very spacious, with three rooms decorated in a charming Spanish style, and the balcony offers a stunning view. In reality, everything looks even better than in the online photos! The host, Maite, is absolutely wonderful; she didn’t charge us extra for our late-night check-in, nor for our child checking out a few hours later than scheduled. Nearby, you’ll find both large supermarkets and small eco-friendly shops, as well as cozy cafés serving delicious breakfasts. A walk to La Rambla is a true pleasure. We were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely return!”

Pros: Mrs. Maite waited for us until late and it was still raining. Thanks again for everything. The apartment is beautiful, well furnished with an excellent view.

Pros: Great location and very handy having the supermarket nearby.

Pros: The location. In the apartment there is a mall with a supermarket and a lot of food options. Within a few minutes you are at the beach and lots of activities. The apartment itself has a great view of the coast. Watching the sunrise and set from the balcony was one of the highlights of our stay

Centrally located sea view apartment

Pros: Comfortable apartment with direct sea view very close to the city center. The apartment now has a new owner who made it even better than on the pictures (Better furniture, mirrors on the side walls of the balcony added more visible sea view, new flat screen smart TV). Please note: the floor plan attached to this review I have made from the property pictures before arrival, so it might be not very accurate.
