Pros: The tumble dryer saved us when the rain soaked us to the skin and we could dry our shoes overnight.

Nice apartment in Barcelona close to public transport and city centre

Pros: The apartment is spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable. The staff was friendly and we really appreciated the free luggage storage option. Last but not least, the location is great.

Cons: Having to pick up the keys at a different address at 11pm was a bit tiring. When it comes to size, cleanness and location, the apartment was great. However, several small changes would improve the stay significantly. It has 2 rooms (each for 2 people), but one of the rooms does not have any wardrobe. There was only one mirror in the apartment, one more in the hall and some coat rack some would be great. There was soap in the shower, but no hand soap.

Great location, spacious & clean apartment

Pros: Great location, very close to Passeig de Gracia but in a quiet area, not facing a street. We were given an apartment on the 4th floor facing the interior which was even better (not sure if all “superior apartments” are located at the back of the building). It was clean and had all amenities needed. Lovely staff at the reception when we checked in. A nice discovery were the electric shutters at every window in the flat.

Cons: It’s rather inconvenient to have to check in at the reception which is in a different location but this was clearly stipulated before i booked (they have 5 different locations in the city and only one has the reception). It would be great if they would have lockers in this building to be able to leave the luggage, at least for small luggage.

Fantastic spacious apartment with all you need

Pros: Excellent central and safe location. All desirable facilities possible. Spacious and comfortable beds. Simple check out. Netflix and general comfort throughout stay. Friendly staff.

Cons: Only didn’t give this a 10 due to having to check in at the other office, meaning transport is necessary between the two, rather than directly going to your accommodation.

Spacious, clean and convenient apartment in Barcelona

Pros: Very clean spacious and well equipped apartment... two bathrooms were great, location is fantastic and if you have a car paid secured parking under building is convenient. Appears to be A/C for hotter months.

Cons: Although the apartment isn't a 'character' place, the convenience, spaciousness, location very much make up for that.

I enjoyed every second of it. I felt at home.

Pros: I missed the requirement of collecting the keys from a different office rather than the building . I wish the keys were available to be collected in the building where the flat was. I did not like this. We arrived in Barcelona at 8:30 in the morning and had to go around with my bags and arrived at the flat at 3:00pm hoping to go inside the flat. Than I was reminded by the staff members that I had to go to the main office to pick up the keys which was a bit of distance. This was very tiring.

Cons: picking up the keys far away from the flat I rent, is not comfortable.

Excelent stay in the heart of Eixample

Pros: We had a great stay at Cosmo Apartments Consell de Cent – Plaza Universitat. The location is absolutely perfect — central, safe, and within walking distance to Plaza Universitat, Las Ramblas, Passeig de Gràcia, and many great restaurants and cafés. Very convenient for exploring Barcelona. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable short stay. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall design felt new and high quality. Check-in was smooth and communication with the staff was professional and helpful. The building itself is quiet, and we slept very well. Overall, an excellent choice for couples or anyone looking for a stylish and practical stay in central Barcelona. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Cons: When i booked, it does not marked that the room do not have a balcony, so we have to pay extra for the upgrade. The key collection in different location makes it more difficult Cleanliness

Nice apartment, all as described in the offer. Could be a bit cheaper though.

Pros: Great spot, close to the metro line. Lots of restaurants in the area, bakery, supermarkets.

Cons: Would be easier if it would be possible to pick up the keys in the same place.
