Excellent apartment, would stay anytime
Pros: Everything about this apartment was just great! Superb location with proximity to numerous restaurants, bars, brunch spots, shops and public transport. Quiet and beautiful area. Very well equipped and spacious, with AC and a bottle of wine as a welcome present :)
Cons: The rooftop pool was smaller than in pictures + the seating area was not on the cleaner side. The main bedroom is facing a school playground, so expect noisy children playing from early morning. These two are just to note, nothing that would lessen the great experience.

Loved our stay! Would definitely come back!
Pros: Location is great, close to everything, access to the roof terrace and pool. Kitchen/ fridge/ washing machine and rest of appliances were working well and clean. Support from management was great.
Cons: The facilities need a bit more maintenance. We had issues with the a/c. (Maintenance came to fix it asap) The pool was a bit dirty, not sure if the water was circulating most of the time. The ceiling in the apartment needs maintenance, it rained one night and we had water in our bed. Bed Blankets could use a change. They’re a bit tired.

Pros: Location 3 bedrooms and the terrace with pool made it great base to explore Barcelona. The kitchen and bathroom were clean. The access code entry was really convenient and easy to use.
Cons: The third bedroom did not have a curtain and the curtain pole was broken. the double bed did not have a proper fitted sheet and the flat sheet provided was too small . I expected it to look cleaner, the walls and cupboard needed a wipe over. There were only pillow cases provided for 1 pillow each. Payment of tourist tax was an additional admin hassle that took me some time to successfully transfer and 5 euros per head per night seemed higher than the published rate.

Pros: J'ai aimé le quartier, 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ 😻👍la taille de l'appartement tout équipé , on peut faire aisément la cuisine, c'est à proximité de tout, bars , restaurants , supérettes , derrière il y a la rue piétonne des Conseils de cent 😻 j ai tout fais a pieds, paseig de Gracia , Ramblas et Sagrada familia .
Cons: Pour les soirées d 'Hiver il fallait avoir des chauffages d appoints les deux premiers jours ça caillé grave 🥶 😉

Fijne accommodatie op een ideale locatie
Pros: Hele fijn accommodatie. Erg compleet. Sfeervol ingericht. Metro om de hoek, een Lidl om de hoek. Ideaal.
Cons: Water was wel lauw en het zwembad is een badkuip. Wij hebben hier geen gebruik van gemaakt, maar als je graag een zwembad bij je accommodatie wilt kan je beter verder zoeken

Très bien
Pros: très bonne situation géographique dans un quartier proche de tout et assez calme, possibilité de faire énormément d’activités a pied, tres bel appartement et tres bonne communication avec les hôtes ! Tout équipé : lave vaisselle, machine a laver, fer a repasser, sèche cheveux, clim, cintres etc
Cons: Il y avait quelques meubles dégradés mais pas si dérangeant que ça et lits superposés un peu fragiles
